Charming cottage home sets on a quaint 20 acre farm with horses and a vineyard situated 10 minutes from downtown Lexington and Midway and 15 minutes from Keeneland and the Horse Park. We are near I-64 conveniently on the same side to get to the Bourbon Distilleries in Versailles, Frankfort and getting to Louisville Churchill Downs. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds with the city and the country combined. Accommodations are a quaint cottage guest house behind the owners main house on the farm. The cottage offers plenty of privacy. knotty pine floors, house has been renovated completely, updated, microwave, full-size refrigerator, two cable TV' and WiFi. Towels and Linens provided.Fully furnished with a stocked kitchen to cook whatever you like, one bedroom with king size bed and privacy, two twin beds in a common area, full-kitchen, living room area and one bathroom. There are no neighbors. Dogs are allowed upon approval before arrival and fee is 25.00 per day for each dog. Dog rules must be met

Cozy, comfy, private abode

Love this little cottage, the farm and owners. We needed this peaceful stay and hope to return . Nicely appointef and a comfy bed!

A beautiful and immaculate cottage in gorgeous Lexington

If we could give it more then 5 stars we would. The place was lovely, on a beautiful ranch. Everything was spotless and so lovely. But the main thing about it was hwo amazing Leslie and Al were. Such charming and considerate hosts. They encouraged us to look around the property, play golf on some of the short holes and gave us great advice around the area. We were also lucky to have fresh eggs from the hens for breakfast and a bottle of wine from the vineyard - Al, it was delicious! We would absolutely positively stay here again, we might even make the trip over from the UK again especially, and we'd advise everyone else to do the same! Thanks again! Dan and Jo

Convenient to Everything

The cottage was within 15-20 minutes of everything we wanted to do -- horse farm tours, Keeneland Race Track, Woodford Reserve, downtown Lexington. The kitchen was very well equipped and there enough space for both of us to prep meals. The bed was quite comfortable. Outdoor space was large and equipped with a table and chairs although we didn't get to enjoy it much due to the cool temperatures and rain.

Beautiful Setting

This quaint cottage is on a beautiful property with wonderful views of the vineyard and horse country. Leslie was an excellent communicator and kindly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is near everything and yet you will feel like you far from the city. But you are in the city.. Its a farm city setting. the sunset is absolutely breath taking at night

What makes this property unique

Best of both worlds. Comfortable home when you have been out all day attending horse sales, bourbon tasting, training, horse shows etc but want to relax and get a good nights sleep of the feeling like you are in your own home.
