My husband and I are both retired vets. We live in the Midlands but both come from Scotland. We love having the flat near family and friends and enjoy being so close to the sea. We have one son living in Glasgow and our second son with his wife and our two grandsons live in Cheshire.
Mrs Margaret Brock purchased this apartment in 2005
We think you'll find our flat very spacious and well equiped. It's in an ideal position only a few minutes walk into the town centre and all amenities. There are excellent restaurants with all tastes catered for.
We have wi fi in the flat and it is looked after by our manager Fiona who is available if you have any needs during your stay.
Very nice place. Very well equipped. Short walk to the water. Easily walk into high street or train station. Would definitely stay here again.
Overall had a wonderful time and would defo recommend to stay there and hopefully be going bk myself soon, thanks for sharing ur property with us many thanks
The flat is beautiful - spacious - and in a great location - could not have been better or receive higher review!
We stayed for 3 nights the main purpose of our visit being to go to Ayr races (my last racecourse in Britain). The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Convenient location especially for the beach which was very handy for the many walks we went on with our Labrador. Weather was fabulous and we also made use of the outside garden which proved to be a sun trap. Good value for money, would definitely recommend.
The flat was beautiful, clean and convenient for 4 adults. The owners were friendly and prompt in their responses. Great place with plenty of room and everything we needed and more! Only one block from the water within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Coming back next year and can't wait!
Stayed here with my partner and son, fantastic base to catch up with family and friends in the area, the flat was so lovely they ended up visiting me!! Fantastic value the flat is huge and has very high quality furniture, they even provided a Christmas tree! One slight niggle the dressing room has a fold up camp bed that smelt really damp, you may want to look at. I visit Ayr once a month and this will be the first place I check for availability! Thank you for a lovely experience.

Glasgow with all its attractions is easily reached by train or car in under an hour and Edinburgh and Stirling are reached in under 2 hours and so Ayr is an excellent base for touring. The isle of Arran is a short ferry trip from Ardrossan and is a base for golfing, cycling and walking.
