Great house in a great location to hit the highlights of mid-coast Maine!

  • 5 of 5

Very nice house and gardens, which we used as a base to explore from Freeport to Camden. Lots of little touches - like a great sampling of vinyl - that made it a great stay. Hosts very accommodating and friendly too.

Amazing Experience!

  • 5 of 5

This apartment is a little hidden gem! We truly enjoyed our stay at this very unique place. It's ideal for larger families. The interior is excellent, very stylish and well kept up. The place is quiet and offeres some relaxing time in the attached garden, too. It seems to be a bit off the tourist roads, but places like Rockland, Rockport or Camden are just a few minutes away. We'd come back any time!

Beautiful property with modern furnishings & amenities. We would love to come back!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here with my wife, baby boy and my parents for 4 nights. We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience --- this is an awesome property with both local charm and a designer's touch (plus mix in a bit of boutique hotel-ish furnishings & amenities for good measure!).

Our hosts were very warm & welcoming. A plate of cookies greeted us upon our arrival, and our hosts were helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants.

I could go on and on. But long story short - I would recommend this property to my friends and I would be delighted to stay here again!

Beautifully restored Victorian home on coast of Maine

  • 4 of 5

My kids and I stayed at Adam's place in August, 2016 for 4 nights for a summer vacation. He has done a great job restoring the home. The beds are beyond comfortable, there are Apple TVs in every room, central air, and all the amenities. Waldoboro is a quiet little town equidistant from Camden to the North and BoothBay Harbor to the South, about a 30 minute drive to each; it's also an easy drive up to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Would highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway, and as a great base camp for day trips to some of the best places in Maine.

Gracious hospitality, warm & inviting atmosphere, immaculate home

  • 5 of 5

We were greeted by the homeowners with a huge smile and extended hand. The home was extremely well appointed with modern appliances, beautiful furniture, unique decorations & artwork and fixtures. Beds were very clean, very comfortable, oversized pillows with linen bedcloth. Well stocked kitchen with every kitchen appliance available. Full entertainment system working including wifi and multiple television sets.

Homeowners were very accommodating with anecdotal stories of the neighborhood and favorite local hikes and restaurants they recommended.

Private backyard sanctuary was available to us, to enjoy our morning yoga practice and our meal at their covered outdoor table with an opulent amount of fragrant flowers. Fresh cut flowers were placed in our powder room .

Upon arrival a tray of fresh baked cookies greeted us and the following day hot muffins were brought to us with ingredients fresh from their garden.

We wanted for nothing during our stay, this is a true hidden gem. Ambiance and atmosphere second to none, a truly memorable stay. Thank you to the owners.

Perfect Hospitality!

  • 5 of 5

Thank you the wonderful stay! I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to explore the Pemaquid peninsula. The town of Waldoboro is only about a block long -- but there is so much to see and do in the surrounding areas. This property is also perfect for locals that need extra room for visiting family. Our visit began with a warm welcome from the owners, and a platter for freshly baked treats. It ended with fond goodbyes...but we will definitely be back! Thank you again!!
