Quiet - Clean and Relaxing

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for 11 days (3 adults and 2 dogs) @ ‘It’s 4:15 Somewhere’ over Christmas and New Years. Besides being pampered by the weather, the quietness, cleanliness and pure relaxation gave our stay a 5 star rating. The townhome is fully equipped with everything you could think of. Just walk down the stairs from the living room and you can relax at a 3 mile Long Beach. If you decide to stay on an island and away from the mainland - it is the place to be.

Sarah and Jack - thank you for offering us your unit - we really enjoyed the time. Cheers, Marco

Outstanding Beach Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Thank you to Sarah and Jack, we greatly enjoyed staying in your beautiful home! From arrival to departure everything was smooth and enjoyable. The place was very clean upon arrival and we met the lovely full-time neighbors next door, they are very kind and fun to chat with. The house was well stocked in the kitchen as we were able to prepare home cooked dinners each night and we were not missing a thing that we needed. The beach being in the back yard was great, we would spend the day at the beach and if inside we would have the glass sliders open so we could hear the waves. After some time at the beach we took our son to the private pool to practice his swimming and it was amazing. Pool has great views and is very well maintained with lots of seating and during our time there (visited the pool 5 times) it was just us at the pool except for 1 occasion. The bedrooms are great and the master with balcony is beautiful. In the afternoons for lunch we would drive down to the Rum Bay restaurant and eat, they have a solid menu selection and the food is quality.

Thank you both and we will be in touch again soon as we want to plan on booking with you all again for next year!

Slice of island heaven!

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking for a unique, quiet, beautiful beach getaway, stop searching, this is definitely it. We just spent five days at Its415Somewhere. Our family, with kids 8, 5 and 3, were more than comfortable with the space. The bedrooms are spacious and accommodating for various sleeping scenarios. The views from the living room and master bedroom are to die for. Kitchen is perfectly equipped for dining in, everything is clean and neat, everything you could hope for in a beach rental. The beach itself is amazing, day after day we marveled that we pretty much had the place to ourselves! We found shark teeth galore, the kids had a blast playing with the ample sand toys, the pool was a treat on warm days, nothing beats a gulf sunset...I can’t say enough! Don’t bother with a big ferry pass purchase, grab some groceries and I promise you won’t want to leave!

If the location, beach, weather and accommodations don’t have you coming back for more, Sarah & Jack will. I have never had more gracious hosts. They made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Thank you!

Florida's best kept secret!

  • 5 of 5

Don Pedro Island, and specifically "It's 4:15 Somewhere" really are Florida's Best Kept Secret! This is from someone who's been pretty much everywhere in The Sunshine State. Your hosts are two of the most thoughtful (and fun-loving!) people you'll ever meet. Look no further. This is where you want to kick back and relax.

Wonderful property

  • 5 of 5

We had such a great time on Don Pedro Island enjoying the beach and this wonderful property. The Gulf of Mexico is only a few steps away and we had some amazing sunsets. We watched the dolphins play in the waves and our 8 month old daughter was mesmerized by a tortoise crossing the road in front of our golf cart. Booking was super easy and we will for sure be returning to this island in the future.

Amazing time...Wonderful place!!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I, and our 2 children (ages 7 & 4) had an amazing time. It exceeded all expectations we had. The home is beautiful and so well kept, and you can not beat the location. What a view! The beach is amazing and we hated to leave! We are already looking forward to coming back and hope we can for years to come. Sarah was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this place.
