AVAILABLITY:

LOCATION:

On Thomas Drive, this unit sits right on the beach on the quiet end of Panama City. You are just minutes away from Pier Park via Back Beach Road buy you can avoid the traffic , noise and parking decks of Front Beach Road.

WHO MAY RENT:

Families and those seeking quiet accommodations are welcome. The Watercrest is a quiet family oriented complex. It's great for those who want to avoid the loud noise and traffic from party-type places along Front Beach Road or near the Beach-Front bars and restaurants. You must be 25 years of age to rent at The Watercrest. No exceptions. It's a non-smoking, no pets unit!

OUR UNIT:

Our 6TH FLOOR unit Watercrest unit is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms.

You won't have to wait long for the elevators! Floors 1-6 have their own elevators in addition to the main elevators that service all floors. You'll love this!

This unit is 1440 sq feet! The kitchen is nicely equipped with new pots, pans, utensils, plastic ware, etc.. Our brand new fridge has an ice maker. It also has a microwave vent hood, trash compactor, garbage disposer. We provide extra compactor bags. We provide all of the soap for the dishwasher as well.

We have installed a nice key pad entry system. You don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only.

THE BALCONY:

The balcony is very large and you can access the balcony from either of the two gulf front master bedrooms or the den. We have a table with 6 sling back chairs as well as two lounge chairs. You won't have trouble opening the glass doors. They will open with one finger!

AMENITIES:

Free high speed internet is provided.

Each bedroom has their own bath, stocked with plenty of towels including beach towels for your convenience.

We have a good selection of board and card games and DVD's.

You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court and, indoor racquetball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub, men’s and women's fitness room with a dry sauna.

PARKING:

Watercrest parking is stress free. The parking lot has an ample number of spaces. Parking is very near the elevators. You won't find yourself stressed out in a loading/unloading zone. Your rent includes up to two parking pass. THE

WATERCREST HAS A STRICT MAXIMUM OF 2 PARKING PASSES PER UNIT - NO EXCEPTIONS, SORRY.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

PLEASE - NO SPRING BREAKERS - NO COLLEGE GROUPS. THIS IS A FAMILY COMPLEX!

My family enjoyed our stay at Watercrest. The location was great. Two gulf view bedrooms was a big plus. The owner, Wanda, was accessible and responded to any questions or concerns we had very quickly. We enjoyed how quiet and family friendly the complex was. Easy check in and check out. When we arrived the condo was very clean and tidy. The owners supply about every thing you need but food. The balcony was quite large with lots of chairs ad loungers. The bedrooms were great with nice size closets. The Kingsize bedroom and the queen size had attached bathrooms and the third was in the hall across fro the 2 twin size beds. the owners were very easy to work with. Watercrest has many Restruants within walking distance with lots of activities for children. All in all, we had a great vacation. Thank you Charles and Wanda

I felt like i was at home, but with an amazing view of the beach and ocean.

I can't say enough about this place and Mrs. Wanda. The views from the balcony were amazing, and we even got to see several dolphins. The condo was fully equipped with basic necessities we needed to prepare meals in house to keep from having to go out everynight. Mrs. Wanda was always quick to respond to any questions I had and very detailed on check in and check out procedures. This was one of the best stays I have had and would recommend this condo and Mrs. Wanda to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful and comfortable place to stay right on the beach. I look forward to renting from them again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

Beautiful condo, an view of ocean

We stayed aug 12-19th 2017, Very nice condo, everything very neat an up to date, beautiful view of the ocean, love the acess to the balcony from all 3 rooms, Wanda was excellent in anything we needed, the condo was very family oriented, everything was in a 10 min drive. Will definitely be returning to this unit.
