A welcoming party for our Guests starts with Ms. Anna Ngohu, the German lady who will arrange transfers from the Ukunda Airstrip or arrival point to the premises and who settles the guests by attending to their immediate holiday needs and familiarization.
A Property Manager (Everlyne Kisangi -Phone number +254 721 362 903)and a Housekeeper (Eunice) are always at hand to cater to guests needs and to plan their stay, comfort and departures. An experienced Chef is available to cater to guests at a minimal charge. A Gardener/Pool attendant, and a dedicated Security Guard keep the premises up to notch. The Property Manager registers guests and advises them on the villa, the facilities and the surrounding activities including Diani Beach swimming and sightseeing visits, nearby restaurants local tours, and game parks. The Property Manager can arrange for shopping needed by guests and for any sightseeing around Diani and beyond.
Villa Kwako is in Diani’s classy area in the vicinity of Diani's renowned luxurious hotels, night-life and restaurants and nature, for entertainment, beach walks, swimming and sand bathing. It offers 4 secure and neat ensuite bedrooms each with own shower, WC and amenities.
A common Lounge on the 1st Floor offers TV and internet working space.
A modern Terrace on the 2nd Floor offers star-gazing, sky views, views of Diani Beach sky sports as well as Lounge space covered with "Sails" for cocktails and relaxation.
The villa's vast garden of flowers & palms is fenced with a stone wall and trimmed bougainvillea. The villa offers guests its own beautiful swimming pool with garden/pool lights, a pool-side shower. A trendy poolside Gazebo invites garden and outdoor dining and cookout facilities. From a number of coconut trees in the compound, guests arriving are welcome to a glass of coconut juice, when the fruits are in season
The premises come with WiFi, 79-plus-Channel TV, chef or self-catering (as options), garden, pool and facilities and a double security (own security on the premises and security of the gated community) ensuring a tranquil stay for the visitor.
Villa Kwako is within several minutes walk to Kenya's Diani Beach on the Indian Ocean which has repeatedly won awards for the most beautiful of white palm-lined beaches in the world. Villa Kwako boasts an excellent roof terrace (2nd floor) with breath-taking views of Shimba Hills and sunsets to west. In the east, looking through a beautiful forested area, one sees the kite surfers of Diani and spectacular drops of sky-surfers from planes into the Indian Ocean. At the beach waves break gently on miles and miles of coral reef.
Villa Kwako is offered to rental parties of maximum 8 persons. There is a downstairs kitchen, and 4 ensuite bedrooms each with a modern bath (cold/hot shower). A lounge/balcony features on the first floor, the roof terrace offers great views.
The standard rate is US$ 200 per night, maximum 8 persons, taking up the entire premises. The 2018 High Season charge is an ALL-INCLUSIVE $250 per night (including free washer/dryer machine, Chef, services of Manager and House keeper, and Pool Attendant/Gardener who also acts as guide to sightseeing and swimming at nearby (5-8 minutes) Diani Beach). A group of maximum 4 persons, taking up 2 bedrooms only may pay US$25 per adult person per day (US$100 total per day) on standard charge, or $31.25 per adult in the High Season scheme, in one total payment only for the overall stay. Both booking reservation plans cover use of all the facilities and personal services of the Property Manager, Housekeeper, Gardener/pool attendant and Security Guard.
At the Diani beach, the Diani reef protects against strong surf making for pleasant swimming, kite-surfing or skydiving in a calm sea. When the tide is out, it is possible to walk to the reef and stroll for hours. The white-sand beach is beautiful and invites extended walks.
The shopping centers in the vicinity are well stocked. The pharmacies are within the nearby shopping areas and there are private hospitals and clinics. Walking is a pleasure. Transport is by taxi or the ubiquitous tuk-tuks for the fun-loving. The latter ply the Diani Beach Road.

Upon request the owner will send you a booking confirmation and you will confirm your booking and pay 50% deposit 15 days before arrival. The final payment is due before arrival.
The booking fees will not be refunded in case of non-appearance.
