Missing some fun amenities (Foosball etc) and the home was worn a tad (missing blinds in living room), but clubhouse was great and overall thumbs up from our 2 families of 10 total staying in the home.

Ive vacationed in Florida since I was 8 with family and I am now 26 with my own family and I must say that this company and home was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I called days before our check in date to make sure that everything was going to run smoothly when my family and I arrived from Atlanta. I emailed the company to ask about having our pool heat and hot tub heated on feb 6th no one responded! and my trip was not until feb 22nd that’s more than enough days for someone to reach back out or at least respond to my email! I called the company a day before arrival to make sure we would not have any issues with the gate code or having our pool heated . The woman on the phone stated that she did not have the answers to those questions and would be putting in a request to have someone to call me NO ONE EVER CALLED . The company did not answer the phone until I called over 30 times . Once I finally got some one on the phone she stated that it would be another 200 dollars to have pool heat BUT the contract said 40 dollars, She also stated that I should have asked sooner when I explained to her that I made the request when booking in a message she didn’t seem to care and continued to tell me it would take a day for it to heat and since my stay wouldn’t be too long I should go with out what I requested! She did mention the hot tub in the neighborhood but we wanted the one that we paid for in our house! We chose this house because of the hot tub and to not it have was disappointing! The house was nice but the walls almost every where had marks on the walls,the master bedroom had stains on the chair in front of the bed there are a few thing outdated in the home. The cleaning crew could do a better job! We also had trouble opening the door they should have clear instructions my family and I were outside for 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get into the house! I called the company 20more times someone finally answered to help get the door open ! You all should really consider having a new company answering those phones!

Great property. We truly enjoyed our short stay at this property. There was a little miscommunication with the code for the gate but we had a great time.
