These cozy and well equipped apartments are situated on the Lisbon(16km)/Cascais (5km) coast in Parede. One is located on the first floor and the other on the ground floor of an Old Fashioned House.

The first floor flat has 3 bedrooms , sleeps 6, there are 4 single beds and 1 double bed, sitting room, dinning room, a balcony where you can enjoy a meal or a great relaxing afternoon, kitchen equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge and cooker.

The ground floor flat also has 3 bedrooms , sleeps 5, there are 1 3/4 size and 2 double beds, sitting room, dinning room, a small garden where you can enjoy a meal or a great relaxing afternoon, kitchen equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge and cooker.

All the shops, bank, post, pharmacy, railway station are in waking distance. There are a number of different beaches within 10 minutes. walk. The highway exit is 2 km away, direct access to the main high way of Lisbon-Porto. Perfect location for excursions. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house. Regular trains take you to the centre of Lisbon within 20 minutes. Children's park within walking distance of the house.

The LOCATION IS PERFECT, a calm residential area, enjoy the advantages of a comfortable house, and a holiday without having to rent a car!

Wonderful flat in small authentic town

Can I just say: We loved the place!!

Spacious, charming and filled with everything you need for a smooth family vacation - we even found a car seat (which we had already rented) and a stroller available, when ours broke down.

It's just wonderful - and we would like to come back.

Only consideration - I wouldn't go to stay during the winter or would bring more sweaters, as the apartment is rather cool. April was fine though, following a lucky weather change.

I find it helpful when my guests send in a review so that I am able to rectifiy any small problem that they find would improve the enjoyment of their stay. I am sorry that you found it rather cool, (this of course is an advantage during the hot summer months) however, during the winter and cooler months the wood burning fire can be very cosy and there are more free standing heaters in the store room, I am sorry I did not mention this. I have made a mental note to ensure that I mention this to furure guests. I look forward to to seeing you again. Thankyou
