Apartment and views amazing. Great lack of communication with the owners

I really do not like complaining but I feel the situation needs to be documented with your company. The apartment was very nice and the views were beautiful as commented by most people who gave their reviews.

I felt there was a great lack of communication between the owner and ourselves and often the emails were very blunt and short to the point. Previous to our arrival we were asked the time of our flight and on explaining that we should be arriving around 12.30pm we were told that he would have a word with the cleaner and ask if the apartment could be cleaned the day before so that we could go in at the time of our arrival. We never heard anything back from Nick regarding this so assumed this was ok.

We were sent the keys in the post with no address of the apartment and no instructions regarding getting into the complex or anything to do with the the running of the apartment. We emailed Nick and asked for the address and was told to tell the taxi driver it was near the fairway. At this point we did not even know the name of the complex but vaguely knew where it was as we had walked by it when we have been there before.

On our arrival after being up since 3am the key posted to us was for the gate to get into the complex attached to the key was three letters and a apartment number. We eventually found our apartment after going up numerous flights of stairs as there was no outside indication of apartment numbers and we were given no information as to its whereabouts. We put the code in the key safe to find no keys were available which on the email/letter said this would be the case.

The only way we had of contacting Nick was via email and luckily for us we were able to do this via our phone. We emailed him and explained the situation and left him our mobile number. Eventually he replied via email and said that he would get in touch with Christine but we may not be able to get in the apartment until 3pm. No apology was given and once again the message was very blunt. We went back at 3pm to find Christine in the apartment. She apologised and explained that she was not even aware that we were arriving and due to the apartment not been left in a good state she asked if we could go away for a couple of hours to enable her to clean the apartment. We eventually got in about 5.30pm. At no time have we had an apology from the owners.

Owner's Response: thanks for the lovely review unfortunately mistakes happen , i had forgot to tell christine that someone was arriving , but quickly jumped on the situation , all info was on the email that we send to guests, so everything was there & 3 maps as all reviews the apartment is first class, some people in life have to moan about the smallest things, like i said everyone forgets things now and again

This apartment is amazing! The view from the balcony and the main bedroom is breathtaking . Very clean and modern. A lot bigger then the photos show. Everything is provided for all ages. We were over the moon. Nick the owner made everything easy in terms of information. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. This is the perfect holiday for couples and family's that want a peaceful place to stay and also not far from anything you need.

Peaceful Piece of Heaven

This apartment is spacious, modern & beautifully decorated set in a private peaceful secure complex with outstanding views from the balcony. Everything you need & more is provided for in the apartment. The pool is also lovely, most days we had it to ourselves.

The apartment is in close proximity to golf courses, restaurants & bars about a 15 minute stroll. About a 10 minute drive is the Golf Del Sur Square which is well worth a visit with its shops restaurants & bars. Restaurants cheaper here than along the front.

Nick the owner is very easy to deal with it, along with Christine that manages the apartment an absolute lady. Would love to return here one day, thank you Nick for allowing us to stay in your piece of heaven.

My only criticism's

1 Because the view is amazing you will tend to spend alot of your time on the balcony -

More comfortable seating would be nice, cushions very thin & flimsy on steel chairs.

2 There is No WIFI unless you hang over the balcony

Wonderful, high quality apartment

We have just returned from staying in this wonderful property. Amazing views, high quality furnishings with every thing (crockery, utensils etc) provided you could wish for. Had the pool to ourselves most days (shared it with a maximum of 5 one day though!!). Having visited this part of Tenerife before on a number of occasions, this apartment was by far the highest quality we have stayed in. A joy!

Homely, bright and spacious with beautiful views

Had a lovely time staying here. The views are breathtaking. Very peaceful area. Apartment very comfortable. Boiler broke down and we were without hot water for a couple of days but Nick found us an alternative place to shower which worked out.

I would definitely book this apartment again.

San Blas village 15 mins walk away with many more Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Banks, Doctor, Supermarket etc., Playa las Americas 15 mins drive. .Buses run from just out side apartment, plus Taxi.

Local beach 2 mins. Marina 2 min. walk away served by 2 Bars.

Other Activities: 5 minute walk to Winter Gardens All Year round Bowling Complex

Golf: there is the amarilla golf course, which is 2 mins away, which is a very nice course to play.

then you have golf del sur course, which you hav 27 hole to choose from, also a very nice course.
