This Apartment is furnished to a very high standard. Access to this Apartment is by it's own staircase (Lift not in operation yet ) Large Lounge with superb views, dining area, 42' TV, DVD & HiFi. Main Double Bedroom is en-suite. 2nd Bedroom has twin beds, served by separate shower/WC.

Fantastic Apartment & Stunning Views

An absolutely beautiful Apartment - everything Nick & Sue describe is spot-on, plus more. It is furnished for every need and to exceptional standard.

The bonus was sitting & eating out on the Balcony and having the Sea & Marina right in front of you, relaxing reading my book with a glass of wine!

The closeness of the Golf Course was brilliant.

Will definately be returning.

Stunning outlook, with Marina & Golf Course views

The apartment is much bigger than you would imagine. It has everything you might need for a really pleasant holiday. The terrace is very large and perfect for dining or sunbathing or just enjoying the view.

There are restaurants and bars and a supermarket within a short stroll.

We will be recommending to friends and family.

Amazing view, fantastic apartment.

The view from this apartment is amazing, we stayed here for 2 weeks with our 3 children. The booking was very straightforward with prompt replays from Nick and Sue.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, there is a new corner sofa in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped and included some plastic plates and cups which is great with a 5 year old!

The underground parking was great. We had the pool to ourselves most days, you can swim in the pol and see the sea at the same time.

There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk, we hired a car and toured the island.

The apartment is a 10 minute drive from the airport, Los Cristianos and Las Americas are about 15 drive with lots of places to eat.

We went to Siam water park and the Siam Mall which is worth a visit.

We would defiantly recommend a stay in this apartment.

Thankyou Nick and Sue for sharing your wonderful apartment, the view from the balcony will stay with us for a long time.

The apartment is light, spacious and in pristine condition, Nick and Sue having given a great deal of thought and expense to providing superior accommodation. Apart from providing every home comfort, the quiet location is convenient for many restaurants and golf. We enjoyed relaxing on the huge sun terrace which provides stunning views over the marina and has ample space for dining and sun bathing. All necessary information and arrangements were faultlessly provided and we would confidently recommend this apartment to those who expect superior accommodation.

Great views, loved the apartment

The apartment is as great as the pictures show. Large rooms, clean and good condition furniture. The beds were comfortable and fans were provided in each of the bedrooms. The balcony was bathed in sunshine from 9am to 7pm in the evening. The overall apartment block was quiet all day and evening. Most days we had the pool to ourselves which when the sun shone was warm. The booking process was straight forward with good instructions from Nick. In the summer the area is quiet and I would recommend having a hire car. The bar at the end of the harbour wall was a great place to sit and have a cold beer and to use the free wifi. We would certainly return if the apartment was available and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone if you wish to be away from the noise and hustle and bustle of further round the coast.
