Along the coast just 5 minutes from Cannes city centre and Palais des Festival, the Apartment is set along the strip known as Quai St Pierre. The apartment is located opposite the harbour where there are fantastic views of moored yachts and clear blue seas of the Mediterranean. It is one of three apartments in a beautiful typical French style building with a large entrance hall and grand staircase.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, both with en suites and fully furnished. The main bedroom has beautiful french doors opening onto the court yard, perfect on a hot evening.

There is a large open plan living room and dining area that is newly decorated and modern, yet still paying respect to the age of the building with high ceilings and vintage French design. Here is another set of french doors with two balconies looking out onto the city and harbour. Next to the living room is the separate kitchen with modern accessories, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer and utensils.

Lounge and Dining area : The apartment offers a spacious and open plan living room and dining area. The dining table is set in its own area within the open plan layout which is excellent when entertaining guests. The lounge/dining area has been newly decorated with a red and black colour scheme with modern fixtures and fittings. The area has a homely feel but with a corporate, fresh and modern look.

The lounge has two sofas and an arm chair. One of the sofas becomes a sofa bed and can sleep an extra two people. There is a television with 32inch screen along with a DVD player and Cable Television. There is also a stereo system and speakers in the living area.

Most importantly the living area has two sets of French doors, both with balconies. They open out onto the beautiful city and 10 metres from the moored yachts in the harbour, from the height of the first floor of the building, the view is spectacular.

More information: The Luxury apartment in Cannes has a beautiful view that overlooks the Old Port of Cannes. It is centrally located and has excellent access to the Old Port of Cannes and the Gare Maritime de Cannes. There are several restaurants, bars and coffee shops located in the same street as the apartment along with easy to reach access to Cannes' beautiful beaches. It is located close to the Palais des Festival, the town and is a five minute walk to La Croissette!

  • The Master bedroom has two single beds with bedside tables and large en suite bathroom with a sink and bath. In this room you have french doors leading to the courtyard. Please let us know if you require a double bed and both beds can be attached together using a 'quick link' and mattress comforter on top of the mattress. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be put together or separated. There is also an en suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The other toilet in the apartment is the cloak room toilet near to the front door of the apartment.

The apartment has a fully fitted modern Kitchen that is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, toaster, kettle and gas/electric cooker hobs, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For your convenience the kitchen is also supplied with cutlery,crockery,cooking pots and various utensils. There is a rear terrace garden area where access is via the bedrooms. The area is supplied with tables and chairs.

Beautifully furnished; very well equipped and clean.

We have visited the Cannes area regularly over the past 40 years, but this was the first time staying in the centre. We were not disappointed. It was lovely not having to hire a car and have all the shops and market so close as well as the beach. The flat is lovely so is Chantal who met us. We knew exactly where the flat was so werd prepared for the busy road outside. The bedrooms are at the back however and very quiet.

Beautiful Apartment in the heart of Cannes

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Cannes Port. 3 mins walk to old town , 3 mins walk to sandy beach. Great view over Cannes port. Accommodation was spotless, really spacious and very comfortable. The number 210 airport bus drops you 200m from the front door. Check in and out was seamless. Very enjoyable stay. Great value. Lovely apartment at the old port Cannes.

Lovely apartment with fabulous views over the old port and Cannes, excellent location with the market, beach and restaurants of Le Suquet all within a short walking distance.

The apartment is also very well equipped and we found it ideal for 2 couples sharing and would definitely consider booking again for a return visit to beautiful Cannes.

Paul, the owner and Chantal in the apartment block were both easy to deal with and most helpful.

Loverly apartment with amazing views

We stayed in this apartment (family of 3) in October for 9 nights. The apartment is very spacious well equipped, clean with the most amazing views and the location is perfect for bars restaurants and the beach.

Paul the owner, excellent communication, Chantal showed us around the apartment she is a very lovely lady and so helpful. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful Cannes.

We stayed in this gorgeous apartment in October for 6 nights,when you arrive outside the apartment looks nothing special apart from the location,then you step through the big heavy door to the most beautiful French building,up 2 flights of stairs open the door and there is the most amazing view,the apartment is massive as their were only 2 of us we could have used a different bathroom every 2days,the onsuit is huge,the bed very comfy,we had fantastic weather and was on the beach minutes away every day,all in all an excellent place to stay,we will return very soon. LInda x

The apartment is ideally located on the 1st floor within minutes of the town , opposite the quai st.pierre with beautiful view of the yachts, just 1 min walk to the white sandy beaches, here you can relax on the public beach or use one of the many private beaches for around €10 per sun lounger. and 5 min walking distance to prime locations such as the Palais des Festival, fashionable restaurants, designer shops and boutiques, night clubs and bars.

A perfect holiday for couples and families there are many activities this beautiful region has to offer. During the day you may like to try adventure sports, sailing, diving or a trip to the nearby perched villages of Provence. Visit the perfumery in Grasse or the art galleries in Mougins. There are boat trips to the nearby Iles de Lerins, and other areas along the Cote D'Azur.The boat to St. Tropez can be picked up directly opposite the apartment.

Golf: The apartment is also just a short drive away from many four star, world famous golf courses such as the Royal Margin (designed by Robert Von Hagge), the Monte Carlo, Saint Donat and the beautiful Cannes/Mandelieu Golf Clubs to name but a few.

All amenities within walking distance, including doctors, local supermarket, pharmacie, dentists, bakery and many more.

Amazing Firework displays throughout the summer, which can be viewed from the apartment.

A trip to Antibes and the Aqapark is recommended.
