City of Sibenik is located in a large bay where the Krka river meets the sea. It grew from an old Croatian fort near the fortress of St. Michael, which still overlooks the town among many others.
Its narrow winding streets, stony houses, many staircases and the remains of the city walls give Šibenik that romantic Mediterranean atmosphere.
Enjoy your stay in an old stone house directly on the waterfront in the center of historical old-town Sibenik. Casa Marina boasts 2 brand new one-bedroom apartments that both have fabulous views of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea as well as a studio apartment on the ground floor.
You can rent either one or all three apartments (full house), depending on your needs.
Each of the one-bedroom units has a 70 m2 of warm and comfortable interior that satisfy all your expectations. Each bedroom, which includes an en-suite, provides perfect comfort for 2 adults. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room and designer decorated living room share 42 m2 of the apartment giving you a perfect place to dine and enjoy glass of wine with the beautiful view of sunset.
The apartments are equipped with the latest modern conveniences, providing you all the luxury you might need during you holiday. The studio apartment with the size of 18m2 consists of a sofa bed, kitchenette and dining area.

"Zdravo" and welcome to one of the most beautiful places you could hope to visit.
Growing up in Europe, I was always intrigued by Croatia's natural beauty, stunning coastline, delicious gastronomy and warmth of its people. Now through First Class Croatia, I have the opportunity to share this amazing place with you and your family.

Enjoy your visit and thanks for choosing First Class Croatia
Waterfront property - both apartments have perfect view of blue Adriatic and boats sailing through.
This property is beautiful. Facilities are superb ... bathrooms, kitchen, living room. Location along front road with windows facing waterfront is wonderful. You get to hear the sound of boats rocking in the waves at night. Very relaxing.
Teodora (manager) is not on location but is available by SMS/texting, so its helpful to have a phone (Traveler SIM cards are 80-85 KN for one week unlimited data, so very cheap!). However, she is VERY responsive by SMS/texting and will answer all your questions.
If you bring a car, parking is tough since there is only the spots in front of the unit and they are often full. We were fortunate to find spaces available when we needed them. Otherwise, you must park a 5 minute walk away for a small fee. This is still a lot easier than many cities in Croatia.
If you have no car then you will have to roll your suitcase to the end of the waterfront. But if you are traveling throughout Croatia, then you will soon learn that this is the normal for every waterfront city, so nothing unusual here.
Sibenik is a small town place which we thoroughly enjoyed and would have like to stay longer. We had 3 nights here and could have stayed a couple more easily.
My recommendation is to stop looking right now and book this.
Very nice apartment on the harbor: what a delight to open the shutters every morning and let the sea breeze come in not mentioning the beautiful view on a small but quaint harbor. The owner's contact was nice and helpful and the parking wasn't a problem for us yet. We anticipated that it could become an issue during full summer months. Only problem was with the mosquitoes at night which we didn't anticipate at all so we had to keep the windows closed.
We would go back in a heartbeat!
Everything was perfect. The apartment is really very beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed stay in Sibenik very much. However, there was a little bit problem with parking on the waterfront.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Marina. The apartment had everything we needed, was very spacious and comfortable. We loved sitting at the windows admiring the sunsets and watching the activity on the water and towards the restaurants. We enjoyed the walk to the cathedral and also to the nearby beach. We felt very safe in the apartment. Tea was extremely helpful in advance of our visit with tips and suggestions and also helped us with arrangements to get a forgotten cable at a previous apartment shipped to us, by dealing over the phone. Much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this apartment.
This is a very large apartment with all mod-cons. It has heating and air con. The views from the windows are great and it is a quiet area. The building has been very tastefully modernised and is excellent value for money. It is only a very short walk to the restaurants and bars. Sibenik is a lovely place to stay.
MUST SEE in Sibenik area – Casa Marina
Except all the heritage sites and beautiful places to visit in the city center that has a lot to offer, First Class Croatia is advising you to visit the following and whatever you choose, if not all, you will not regret it.
NATIONAL PARK KRKA The empire of Krka River, the magnificent karstic beauty traveling two thirds of its way to the sea through canyons. On its green path, it has seven falls, the last one being Skradinski buk with an average flow of 55 cubic meters of water per second. National Park Krka is rich in flora and fauna. 222 bird species live there, making it one of the most valuable ornithological areas in Europe. You can visit it by boat, car or on foot. Make sure you visit the ethno museum on one of the old mills. National Park Krka also has the only hawk training center in Croatia where you can see presentations of hunting with hawks and hawk trainers’ skills.
KORNATI ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK is a group of about 130 islands, islets and reefs sprinkled in the deep blue sea of the Adriatic covering an area of about 64 square km. The Kornati have no permanent inhabitants, although the present owners from nearby larger Dalmatian islands periodically visit Kornati to tend their vineyards and olive groves, bringing their sheep to graze. The sea around the islands is rich with fish and a variety of marine life.... The islands have no spring water, only rainwater collected in water holes. The unique feature of the islands lies in their rugged shores with many caves and coves. The landscape of chalk limestone is covered with bushes of rosemary, juniper, lavender, thyme, myrtle and sage. Pathways leading to steep and huge cliffs facing the open sea and others gently decline towards the sea, ending in a small bay with a jetty and one or two fishermen's cottages surrounded by pine, olives and fig trees. There are daily boat trips from Sibenik or Murter to Kornati islands.
PAKLENICA NATIONAL PARK is Croatian National park that cover the most attractive parts of southern Velebit, as well as its highest peaks, all located in Lika region. Paklenica is an area of unusual contact between the sea and the mountain, rich in natural forests of beech, black pine and mountain pine.
Besides making trips to the National Park, exploring the countryside and seeing what sport opportunities there are is also recommended. As already mentioned there are many water sports you can join here like sailing, water skiing, windsurfing...Nautical center is situated in Šibenik where you can get all detailed information.
We must not forget diving around Kornati, since it is a really special event, as is also the rafting on the river Cetina. Rafting on the river Cetina is a special adventure where you can see the karst area by the river and test your adventure spirit. We also suggest visiting the nearby Skradin, renting a bike in a rent-a-bike center and exploring the countryside. For the brave and those who search a true adventure there is bungee jumping from the Sibenik Bridge. All who have tried bungee say they would like to try in once more and maybe this is a good opportunity to do this, for the first or some other time.

1. Pelegrini Restaurant
2. Restaurant Gradska Vijecnica, Adress: Trg Republike Hrvatske (old town Sibenik)
3. Highlander Pub and Restaurant
4. Vino&Ino wine bar and concept store
