The Gatling is a beautiful four-story, newly renovated, brownstone located on a tree-lined street in Clinton Hill. The Diamond Duplex Apartment is located on the lower 2 levels of the home and includes a private garden. This townhouse boasts high ceilings; hardwood floors throughout except the bathrooms, 2 of which are beautifully tiled with carrerra marble and radiant floors. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. The property has a master bedroom suite that consists of a large dressing area leading into one of the largest, gorgeous and spa-like bath's you have ever experience. This gracious bathroom boost (2) 7' carrerra marble sinks, a shower room with multiple showerheads, including a full body spray and a separate toilet room featuring a LeFroy Brooks pull chain toilet. Enjoy the large soaker tub after a full day. While you are enjoying the tub your partner can stay and enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing on the 6' cushioned bench. Back in the bedroom is a California King size bed, a large flat screen "smart" disappearing TV. Let's not forget to mention the amble seating. Want to go outside, open any of the (3 ) 10' window/doors. Step onto the Juliet balconies and view to the garden below. Just down the hall, is the 2nd bedroom eloquently appointed with a queen size bed, seating, flatscreen TV, and a full bathroom just outside the room. The garden level is a great room that includes a living room, dining room, and a massive chef's kitchen. This beautiful kitchen features a 10' copper island with ample seating, 2 large refrigerators, a 48" Viking range, state of the art microwave drawer, dishwasher, 45" copper farm sink, granite countertops and full length doors that open into the garden, for indoor/outdoor enjoyment. Oops, forgot to mention the kitchen does have a “smart" TV. The living room is eloquently appointed with a flat screen TV. For your convenience, a powder room is also on this level. The unit has washer/dryer, heating, air conditioning, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Included in the rate is weekly cleaning. All linens provided.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy this spacious 2 bedrm, 2.5 bath home. Includes, extra large spa-like master bathroom with standalone tub, separate shower, water closet, 2 sinks each 7'long, bench for relaxing, dressing room, master bedroom that over looks the private garden. Oops almost forgot the "hidden television" in the master suite. Even if you do not cook, enjoy the spacious gourmet kitchen that opens into the private garden. If you do cook and use the kitchen, all appliances are upper end, Viking and Bosch. The powder room is conveniently located on the garden level. The total space is 2900sf, very rare in NYC.
