It is a brand new stunning apartment with plenty of space for up to 6 people to sleep, dine and relax after touring around London. 3 Bathrooms and 3 bedrooms is almost unheard of in London!

All is topped up by a pretty outdoor space for the warm summer days. There is also an internal courtyard that can be used to let young children run around as is safely enclosed and you can watch them sitting comfortably on the chairs of your own private patio. The flat is beautifully decorated with brand new furniture, a mixture of French and modern style. Comfortable beds and luxurious bedding.

We have a 49 Inch Smart TV connected to WIFI, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Dishwasher and Washing Machine, all for your comforts.

The modern and new building is only about 8 minutes walk from Bermondsey station (Jubilee Line). Less than 10 minutes to the heart of Bond Street and Oxford Street. The apartment is also directly facing the beautiful park of Southwark, with playground and lakes just across the road from the front door.

Bermondsey is one of the trendiest areas in London, with some of the nicest restaurants, pubs and things to do. Walk along the river Thames to hit Bermondsey Street, a lively street full of coffee houses like The Watch House, or great restaurants like: José a fantastic tapas bar!

The indie cinema Shortwave has 52 seats, cafe and bar and it's home to a trendy crowd!

Bermondsey is also famous for it's antiques market and it's not far from world famous Borough Market.

The closest underground station is Bermondsey but also Canada Water is similar walk distance. The area is also served by several bus routes.

Bed Sizing - King Size Double (152 x 198cm / 5' x 6'6"), Standard Double (137 x 190cm / 4'6" x 6'3") and twin Standard Single beds (91 x 190cm / 3' x 6'3").

We will be available to help any time you need. We will meet you at check in and explain all you need for a comfortable stay. Then we will be just an email or phone call away.


We require passport copies of all guests staying at the property at check in. In the case of last minute bookings those copies are requested at the time of booking, before the apartment address is released. The passport needs to match the name of the booking and credit card paying for the booking.

All six of us were very satisfied with our long weekend here at St Andrews House. A short distance to Underground to experience London. We are very pleased with the easy communication with owner. We want to come back!

Fabulous Location

Very clean, modern, beautifully furnished and decorated. The three bedrooms were very spacious. Two of them having an en-suite bathroom. The location is one of the best features, just a short walk to the station and other conveniences. Our only disappointment was there was not much water pressure in the showers and the water was not as hot as we would have liked. The owner quickly sent someone over to rectify however it remained the same. Check in and out was very easy. The neighbourhood felt safe. Communication with the caretaker was very efficient. We would definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful flat to rent when visiting London

We loved this flat. The location was perfect. 10 -15 minute walk to the buses or tube line. We really liked the fact each bedroom had their own bathroom. The kitchen was very nice and modern with new appliances and was well stocked. It was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Would definitely return or recommend this flat.

Comfortable apartment in great location

Alicja was there to welcome us when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. Since we were 6 people, having three bathrooms was essential. Apartment is about a 15 minute walk to Bermondsey Tube station. Lovely neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone.

At the time of booking we will request a copy of each guest ID to be sent to us via email. We will only release the keys if your ID has been forwarded to us and you will hold the same ID at arrival. One of our team will meet you at the apartment to show you around, answer to all your questions and hand over the keys.

Please leave the flat in the same conditions as it was given to you. Any excessive cleaning will be charged to your deposit.

One hand towel and one bath towel each is free of charge. If you use any extra towels they need to be washed and stored away by the end of your stay or we will have to charge a £ 5 fee to have them cleaned.
Beds are fitted with clean sheets at your arrival. If you use the stored sheets please wash and store away the previous ones or again we will need to charge to have them cleaned (£ 15 per set).

Please be always aware of other tenants in the building, respect their privacy and their space by keeping noise to the minimum.
