Loved this house!!!! So much character and comfortable to visit with friends and just relax!

  • 4 of 5

Everything about the house was perfect for us!...so private and quiet.....the grounds were a little rough but we still enjoyed the outdoor living spaces.

Quiet, spacious, comfortable!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. Our party included 4 adults and 4 teens and we had plenty of room. Owner lives in adjacent home - left us to ourselves but was available when we needed anything (paper towels, for example). Easy access by car to downtown for groceries or eating out. Short 15 minute drive from downtown Santa Rosa. Stocked kitchen and BBQ grill outside. We cooked most of our meals at the house. Hot tub was a bonus on a cool night. I would stay here again

Beautifully appointed house down a country lane

  • 4 of 5

Peaceful and luxurious, with all the amenities to make a comfortable vacation home! There were even two llamas and roosters down the lane, which my kids enjoyed greeting every time we passed by. Apple trees on the property and all around the area were in bloom, and everywhere it was green because of the wet winter. We loved being able to drive to Bodega Bay and the dozen or so wild beaches along the Sonoma Coast. We explored small towns, drove to Sonoma to visit Mission San Francisco Solano and learned about the Bear Republic of California. With all the activities during the day, we were happy for the quiet time to curl in front of the cozy gas fireplace. AT&T cell reception was spotty at times, and wifi jumped between networks - gentle reminders to disconnect from the world and pay attention to the present.

Well loved and taken care of

  • 5 of 5

My family was in Sebastopol forvour son's wedding. We were greeted when we arrived and given instructions on using the house. Also, restaurant ideas and weather reports were discussed. The property was perfect for all of and in a good location for all the wedding activities. Great place!.

Sonoma wine tasting

  • 3 of 5

Property was located in a good place for wine tasting in Sonoma County. The staff was friendly and greeted us and showed us the property.

The property and appliances need to be up dated. The frying pans need to be replaced. In general it was average place to stay. The towels and linens were clean. When we come back to the area we will be staying in another VRBO.

Owner's Response: Hi Jim, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality experience for our guests. As this is the only review we have ever received that wasn't 5-star, it has prompted me to look at what we can improve for future guests. Should you have any other specific feedback you would like to share with us, I am very open to hearing from you. Thank you, Maria

Peaceful, quiet and a very nice home

  • 5 of 5

We had 4 adults who drove over 2500 miles to attend our son's wedding in Santa Rosa. This property was perfect for our needs as it is close to everything we needed. It is a beautiful setting in a quiet area and Richard and Maria were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the apples!

We would stay here again if we return to wine county!!
