About the property

Beautiful villa set in a quiet residential area, 2 km from the nearest beach.

A large and spacious villa with private swimming pool and air conditioning. 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 4 WC. Internet with wi-fi access included in the price.

The internal living space is a large open plan area, with kitchen, large dining table and sofa area with TV & media centre. Externally is another large dining table with outdoor BBQ, looking onto the swimming pool, as well as additional patio table looking over the gardens. Sun loungers are positioned around the swimming pool.

The villa is furnished beautifully; including stone floors, tile bathrooms, high-gloss kitchen, new doors and windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, pots/pans/crockery/cutlery, microwave & all the usual electrical appliances. The layout is ideal for 2 families, each family has its own bedrooms and bathrooms grouped together. Please see the layout in the pictures. 2 cots and a highchair are also provided.

Villa Abricot is ideally situated in Boulouris, a quiet area within the St Raphael / Frejus / Cap du Dramont area. The house is set in its own grounds with a 10m x 5m private pool. The beautiful beaches are less than 2km away and local shops and a large supermarket a short walk.

The property benefits from being neatly situated between the famous harbor and markets of St Tropez to the west and the glamour of Monaco to the east. Cannes, world renowned for its film festival, approximately 30 minutes drive away. If you travel inland and you will find many small villages so typical of Provence. The Esterel Massif is a Mediterranean coastal mountain range, accessible within 2km of the villa. The massif covers an area of 320 km², of which 130 km² are officially protected in the Forêt domaniale de l'Esterel (National Forest of Esterel). The nature reserve offers fantastic hiking and mountain biking trails, with incredible views of the coastline and forest.

Local beaches offer water sports activities (water-skiing, canoeing, stand up paddle boards, windsurf, hobie-cat etc). Along the beach fronts and in the main towns are many restaurants, bars & shops.

Fresh linen and towels are provided (18Euro charge per person). A washing machine and tumble drier are situated in the laundry room for your convenience.

About Simon & Pam Anthony

Pam and Simon Anthony are the owners of Villa Abricot.

We are based in Derbyshire and run a family Garden Landscaping Business with our son & daughter, Alex & Laurie.

Much of our spare time is occupied with sporting activities; horse riding, cycling, water skiing, swimming and climbing. We visit the Villa between 8-10 times per year with family and friends.

Why Simon & Pam Anthony chose Boulouris-sur-Mer

Villa Abricot was the ideal property for our personal needs, as well as our prospective customer requirements.

The property is perfect for two families due to the layout, and multiple bathrooms.

In recent years we have installed a new kitchen, as well as new windows, patio doors and bathroom decoration.

The covered terrace has plenty of space for all to sit around the dining table, next to the large private pool.

Off road gated parking and sun-lounging terrace also add to the desirable features.

What makes this villa unique

All of the attractions of the French Riviera are within close proximity to the Villa, either by foot or car. The villa is located in Boulouris sur Mer which has its own train station on the south coast TGV line.

The village itself holds a local market every Monday, as well as a large local supermarket less than a 2 minute drive.

The beaches are less than 1km away, and the larger nearby town of Saint Raphael (4km away) has some excellent shopping, restaurants and more beaches.

Every sporting activity imaginable is within a short distance:

Superbe villa près de St Raphaël

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique en famille à la villa Abricot (4 adultes et 4 enfants). La villa est très bien entretenue et les pièces lumineuses. Ayant trois salles de bains, la villa était idéale pour nos deux familles. La maison est moderne et les pièces sont spacieuses. La piscine est grande et la terrasse est extrêmement agréable. Nous y avons passé la plupart de nos soirées, et bien qu'il y ait d'excellents restaurants à proximité, nous y avons dîné plus d'une fois. La connexion internet est rapide et la maison est bien équipée d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche-linge dans la buanderie.

La villa est très bien située, proche d'un supermarché, de plages superbes. Les possibilités d'activités dans les environs sont variées: balades, vélo, sports nautiques. Cannes et St tropes sont à ne pas manquer à 30 ou 40 minutes en voiture. Nous y reviendrons sans doute.

Lovely villa in great location

We booked the villa as a couple for our one week honeymoon and were not disappointed, it is a wonderful house with a great private pool and sun terrace which is not overlooked. The house layout is such that even though it has 5 bedrooms, you can close a central door to 3 of them making it is also suitable for a much smaller party like ours. The kitchen and communal area are large, and lead nicely into the sun terrace giving a great inside/outside feel. Recommended you have a car, as we did, due to the proximity of restaurants being a 5 or 10 minute drive depending on where you go. There are a few restaurants in Boulouris which are in walking distance (10-15 min walk) which are definitely worth going to-l'olympe, la Tortue and le Toukan are all on the coast and are very nice places to eat in the evening / sunbathe in the daytime. We would love to come back one day again soon!

Beautiful villa, superb location!

This villa is beautiful and has been maintained to a very high standard. It is in a fantastic location within easy access to Nice, Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco which made it the perfect base for us to explore.

The villa was ideally situated for us to explore the local area with restaurants, a stunning beach, climbing routes and cycling all on the doorstep.

The villa is a perfect retreat for families and couples alike and makes for a wonderfully relaxing break. Highly recommended!

Villa Abricot Boulouris, St Raphael

We found this Villa and the location ideal to give us everything we need for the perfect holiday. Easy access to Nice, Cannes, St Tropez and St Maxine.

We have been visiting Villa Abricot for many years and seem to find something new in the surrounding area every time we visit.

On our holidays at different times of the year we have found the villa to be very comfortable and have everything we need. Over this time we have seen the continued investment that has been made in to this property to keep it up to date and well maintained. The property and pool is clean upon arrival. We have used the property as a couple and also stayed there as a large group, which the Villa naturally lends itself to. The house has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people, 3 bathrooms, laundry facilities, with a good size kitchen which is well equipped and generous living/dining area.

During our summer stays, we spend the majority of time on the terrace by the beautiful outdoor pool, there is a lovely sun lounger area which gets the sun all day and a top terrace area near the house is well shaded, this is an ideal location for dining with a barbecue area. The property is very secluded and private, in large grounds and not overlooked, including parking.

There's a beautiful beach at Boulouris which during the summer has a couple of cafe bars providing excellent dining for lunch and dinner. Either side of the beach further along the coast there are many secluded bays and beaches to explore. A short drive further up the coast there is the bay of Agay which has a much larger beach and good variety of water sports are available.

The property is ideally located for road cycling, mountain biking and walking in the Massif de l'Esterel, where sometimes we seem to spend most of the holiday, exploring, especially during the spring and autumn. Other activities in the area are 50m swimming pool (including a family pool), tennis, scuba diving, golf and sailing.

The resorts of St Raphael and Frejus are very nearby for excellent shopping and dining both lunchtime and evenings. For those who want to self-cater there is an excellent new large supermarket and small shopping centre less than 5 minutes’ walk. Also in the village of Boulouris there is a selection of good quality shops, and a twice weekly market, selling local produce.

We have not failed to have a wonderful relaxing holiday, a perfect place to spend time with friends and family in a wonderful location and a traditio

second visit to this lovely home and it wont be the last, pool patios all replaced this year and it was fantastic to be outside . we have been to this area many times but its hard to leave the villa . layout of the house suits families and there is more than enough space for two families so you can share the costs
