Luxury Six bedroom Villa with panoramic sea and golf views.

This Villa conforms to Spanish Legal Requirements for rental purposes,which came into force May 2016. Ref > number 1517108UF4411N0001TJ . A splendid Andalusian Detached villa ( Named Villa Romano ) in its own grounds of over 1500m2, situated on an elevated plot of land in the prestigious urbanization of Elviria. This excellent house comprises of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Large lounge with open fireplace and wood burner, dining area, fully fitted kitchen with all simens appliances, various storerooms, air-conditioning hot/cold.Marble floors throughout, with its own private driveway at the front and rear of the villa offering plenty of parking spaces, private pool and lovely landscaped gardens.

The Villa will accommodate very large Family or Groups, without people feeling closed in or trapped. There is enough space for all to have there own space, yet be close together if you prefer. It is not your typical rental, as it is our private home and was developed for us to live in.

The Villa is equipped with 50 " 48" x 2 and 36" wide screen TVs with IPTV internet with over two hundred channels, and thousands of films including Netflix, Found in the Lounge and in three separate bedrooms. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Villa Garden and laundry facility.: The Villa has a private swimming pool and steps lead down to the bottom part of the garden where the Laundry room is hosted, there is a washing line just outside for convenience. There is a separate entrance to the Villa via an electric gate with a drive way and ample parking.

Should you have any problems whatsoever the property is covered with 24 hour full support and can be on site to assist or help in any way.

Golf.: The Villa looks over the beautiful Santa Maria Golf Course and is within walking distance. We have a special 20%discount at this club for any of our guests who have an official golf handicap. There are many other good Golf courses within a short car ride such as Cabopino, Santa Clara,Green life,Marbella, Miraflores to name a few.

Beaches: Elviria is host to some of the finest beaches on the Cost Del Sol with mile after mile of golden sands, Fantastic beach bars and restaurants and is also home of the famous 'Nikki Beach'. Sun beds are available for hire on all Elviria Beaches at around four euros per day and include a beach towel in the cost. There is also many water sport facilities available such as wind surfing, Para kiting , water skiing and scuba diving.

Fantastic house in a great location.

We already knew the area and location, but were pleasantly surprised that tho property was as described. Gary was great host, and helped us whenever needed. There was a good selection of restaurants within a 20 minute walk, and the beach within 30. Will definetly be thinking of using the property again

Wonderful, quiet and peaceful Spanish villa

We spent an amazing five weeks at the villa, with our two young children, and lots of friends and family visitors. The villa was ideal for us. It is set in a neighborhood, but situated such that it is very peaceful, private and quiet. The interior is laid out well and very roomy and comfortable. The outdoor spaces are great, and we spent a lot of time in the nice pool. It is a quick couple minute drive to the downtown area of Eliviria, which we thought was a great neighborhood area - lively enough, but outside of the glitz of other parts of Marbella. Lastly, Gary was wonderful to deal with - available for any support and help, no matter how big our small, at a moments notice. But left us to ourselves the rest of the time. Could not more highly recommend!

Our wonderful stay at Villa Romano

The property was exactly as, if not better than the details shown on the website. There were only 6 in our party including 2 young children (3 years and 18 months) so we had so much space between us but still managed to take full advantage of everything at the property. It was clean and very well maintained and with the advantage of the owner living in the local area. This meant that any minor problems we had were quickly resolved and he was also very helpful with local advice on shopping, beaches and restaurants. Although the property was located on a hill (a big advantage for the views of the surrounding area and the sea in the near distance) we could still comfortably walk to and back from the local shopping area which also had a reasonable choice of restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the San Marino Italian restaurant which served quality dishes in a lovely setting with plenty of outside dining. On a less formal basis the Tapas restaurant in the square was ideal for a wide variety of dishes and a very helpful staff. The pool at the Villa was a major attraction and after one or two days out we were always happy to return "home" for a quick dip before firing up the BBQ and enjoying our evening meals on the upper terrace. We would be happy to recommend this property to all of our family and friends. It was an idyllic week.

Fantastic holiday

My Family and our close friends spent two weeks this August in Willa Romano. When we arrived the villa was very clean and well prepared. We have 6 children ranging from 6 to 16 who all had a great time. The pool is safe and clean,it was cleaned at least twice a week during our stay. The TV sky package was also very useful for keeping the kids entertained. The Villa located in a quite area which we found excellent for relaxing and enjoying many of the Villa facilities. The Villa also in a walking distance of the main centre of Elviria. The one negative is walk up from the town is fairly steep in the hot sun of August. The kitchen is very well equipped for large groups of people, there are two BBQs, one on the fantastic roof terrace with the most wonderful views of the Mediterranian . The Villa layout is good and furnished first class. Would fully recommend.

Fantastic Christmas Holiday!

I stayed at the beautiful Villa Romano with my family for Christmas and New Year. The villa is ideally located for all the local amenities. The accommodation was excellent and the well equipped kitchen made light work of cooking. The lounge was extremely cosy with the use of the wood burner and made for a traditional Christmas. The spacious Villa catered very well for all of us with stunning sea views. Spotlessly clean and the owner constantly on hand to assist us with local information. Car recommended but not essential. Great golf course within walking distance.
