Nearest island grocery is an Essentials Mart 5 minutes away. Several Publix grocery stores are between 10-15 minutes away. There are numerous nearby golf courses. Orlando/Disneyworld is an easy 2 hours away via interstate. Good restaurants are 15 minutes away in either the Vero Beach or Ft. Pierce areas.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is made. The condominium association requires a minimum of 60 day rentals; we prefer 90-120 day rentals.
One-half rent payment upon reservation of property; remainder of rent, plus security and cleaning deposit and 11.5% tourist tax one month before occupation of property.
