In the heart of of Avalon. Steps to the beach -- 1/2 block. Long time favorite of families that have been coming to Avalon for generations. Warm and comfortable with three patios and an ocean view.

Walk to anywhere in the one square mile town including, the ferry dock that gets you to and from the island, front street restaurants, markets and the beach, all within 3 flat blocks!

Have your morning coffee, or what you like, on the sunny back porch while enjoying the mountain views. Watch the boats come in to the harbor or the beach activity from the upstairs balcony.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Has two queen size beds, two full size beds, two twin convertible sofa beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Includes cable TV and WiFi

Excellent downtown location

This house was perfect for our needs. A very small kitchen, but very functional. 4 beds total, though we only needed the upstairs ones. Ridiculously easy walking distance to town and just about anywhere else you wanted to go in Avalon. Everything was clean and ready to go for us - my only recommendation is to get a "guest book" so guests can write where they're from and/or what they did while they were there to provide feedback and information to the next guests.

Terrific locale and sweet home

Very clean and very close to everything. Love the older homes and cute kitchens. Very large bedrooms and perfect weather to boot. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, very clean and neat.

We stayed for two nights with friends from OR and enjoyed the location which was close to town and beach. Easy walk from ferry. Very clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the view from the balcony where you could see the ocean. We will definitely stay at this property again with friends or family.

Great vacation getaway!

This was a fabulous place to stay for our family reunion including a 5 year old. The house is very roomy and clean, close to the beach. We loved the upstairs balconies for reading and relaxing. The dining room table was nice and big for our meals and playing cards. We enjoyed the living room with plenty of places to sit and visit. A perfect place for a family getaway!

Great getaway

The house was perfect for us, the pictures don't do it justice, the location is awesome, close to everything, the balcony in the master suite was great for sitting and relaxing, enjoyed the view of the ocean, the convenience of being across the street from a nice restaurant, we had a wonderful stay,, will definitely recommend this house to friends, and will be renting it again,
