About this property

First floor with parking. Direct access to the best beach of the north, 2016 remodeled. All sand, no rocks beach patrolled 24/7 by police. We are right next to the Courtyard Marriott Hotel and Casino with restaurants and night life. Also next to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Casino. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars. Rentals for surfing, snorkeling, kayak, jet ski, bicycle, deep sea fishing can be arranged right on the beach. Taxis, buses and tours readily available at the hotel. Now we also have Uber. The space is 1 bedroom, 1 bath and 1 parking space which is conveniently very close to the apt door. There is a 24/7 security guard at gate. Two kids pools 18" deep and a 4' pool. Fully equipped and furnished, 1 queen size bed, 2 full size futon sofas, a small crib if requested, 2 flat TVs, one smart TV with roku, cable, apple tv and WIFI. Coin laundromat and Gym located at second floor of building. We offer a nice, clean, quiet, serene apartment yet close to all the nightlife of the strip and the beach water sports during the day. Our beach, considered one of the best of the WORLD has a Blue Flag designation for its clean water, the 24-7 security, and the sand is cleaned every morning. You may even experience to see a turtle nest depending on the season. At times you may see dolphins or manatees very early in the morning while jogging. We are right in front of a Marine Reserve ideal for snorkeling. The apartment has plenty of towels, pots and pans, extra linen, beach chairs and towels, umbrella, kids sand toys, smoke and CO detector, fire extinguisher, coffee percolator, toaster, etc. WIFI and a small desk laptop friendly for the business traveler and USB charging station. Paradise Vacation

Went to Puerto Rico to relax and it was amazing. Magda (owner) was very helpful and was a joy to rent from!! Beautiful location.

Very modern and clean condo, and great owners to work with!

This condo is located very close to the beach and just minutes from the airport - very convenient and easily accessible. Magda was terrific - our flight was delayed and we didn’t end up arriving until 11 pm, and she still was there to guide our taxi to the door and show us around. The condo seems recently renovated, so everything is super clean and modern. Couldn’t have asked for a better place or experience!

Perfect for Work, Very Modern

The best part of the place were my hosts, Magda and Julio. They were so attentive and caring. You will love the modern, very upgraded condo with just about covers everything. Right on the beach and a very short, few steps to the Marriott Courtyard for restaurants and a casino. Just wished I could have stayed longer. Book it. You will not be disappointed.

Location, location, location

Hosts were wonderful and welcoming--meeting us and providing a tour of the condo and common areas. Located an easy drive from the airport and about 20 min to Old San Juan. The condo is light and bright. Quite comfortable with furnishings, ceiling fans and a/c. Loved the bathroom!! The beach access is amazing. Great to walk next-door to the Marriott for dining or just laying on the beach. Condo has everything you need for your stay and clear information provided. The noise from the airport is quite loud (as others have mentioned), but does seem to be less at night. Per the owner's info, we used Jerry's Adventures while we were there--HIGHLY recommend this! jerrysadventures.com

awesome location

The condo could not have been in a better place! It is 5 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from a grocery store, and sits with the beach as its back yard! The condo was fully equipped with all the essentials to cook, bathe, to go to the beach, and more (cooking oil, seasonings, paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach bag, sun screen, bug spray, & more)! We are a family of 4, and we fit comfortably. However, there is only one restroom, and it's in the bedroom, which makes this condo not completely ideal when more than 2 people stay here. I would definitely recommend people to stay here, as I would love to return to Puerto Rico and stay here again!

Ten minutes to airport and right next to the hotel its the way to do it. Take a cab, book a tour, try your luck at the casino. Walk in the beach, learn to surf, rent a jet ski. Even take a bus to Old San Juan The cabana was recently remodeled, all white, modern new appliances and furniture, 24-7 security guard, pool, gym, laundromat, beach front BBQ. The Isla Verde Beach has a Blue Flag designation given as one of the best beaches in the world. Because of clean water no contamination tests. You will be 20 minutes to the rainforest, one hour to the phosphorescent bay to visit at night in a kayak tour, museums 10 minutes to Santurce. Shopping is 15 minutes either way you go. Supermarket Pueblo and Walgreens are open 24-7. Most the people are bilingual so you should be able to get around. We are available 24-7 by text or phone to assist you in any way.

Beach living is different than city living. Yet this property has all you want in a property. Beach in one side, tourist area on the next and right in the middle of the city. The tranquility of nature combined with the action of a tourist area makes this place ideal for vacation and retirement like us.

What makes this property unique

This first floor cabana with it's parking right next to it, no need to use an elevator, the accessibility of a house with the ease of an apartment. What else can you expect from a cozy romantic all white apartment, newly remodeled and furnished. Beach front bldg with direct access to the immense beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. Right in front of the Marine Reserve specially beautiful for snorkeling. At Pine Grove Beach, many amenities are just walking distance, Jet ski rentals, surf boards and classes, snorkeling gear etc., all rentals right in our backyard. All you need is a little black dress, a bathing suit, flip flops, hat and lots of sunblock.
