RANCHO PARK HOLIDAY HOMES is an exclusively IRISH OWNED private beachside holiday complex, situated in prestigious ELVIRIA, close to the centre of cosmopolitan MARBELLA on Spain’s Costa del Sol, consisting of tastefully decorated ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS, each with its own double bedroom, shower room, dining / sitting room with INTERNET CONNECTION, TV, DVD Player & MUSIC CENTRE. Each apartment incorporates its own fully fitted galley kitchen with all mod cons for your ultimate comfort and convenience. There is a separate communal wash room to the rear of the apartments with a washing machine. All apartments have private sun terraces or balconies,overlooking the gardens. There is a beautiful south facing swimming pool and large sun terrace with sun beds to the front of the apartments, strictly for use by RANCHO PARK guests. We also now have for rental a first line beach front studio apartment at the Exclusive Romana Playa Complex with it's own Gymnasium adjacent to the "Don Carlos Hotel" and the world famous "Nikki Beach".

ROMANA PLAYA APARTMENT is a beautiful newly renovated first line beach front property with breathtaking panoramic sea views and a private south facing balcony. Romana Playa is set in a beautiful beach front complex with 5 swimming pools and it's own Gymnasium. This fully air conditioned STUDIO Apartment is located beside the 5 Star "Don Carlos Hotel" the world famous "Nikki Beach" and the exclusive "Vincci Estrella Del Mar" 5 Star Hotel and is only 10 km from Marbella town centre. This Studio Apartment comes complete with Wifi, a King Size bed with memory foam mattress, a separate bathroom with Italian walk in rain shower and hairdryer supplied, a sofa, dining table and chairs, flat-screen TV with Irish, English, Spanish, Sky and BT Sports and Sky Movies package when available included in the rental of this magnificent studio apartment. There is a new modern fitted kitchen complete with built in oven and Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Iron, kitchenware etc. You can reach several golf courses within a 5-minute drive of the property. Malaga Airport is only 35 km from Romana Playa.

Harmon's Irish Bar:
The new totally renovated Harmon's Irish Bar 'The Home of GAA' is conveniently located in the commercial centre of Elviria. This is undoubtedly one of the best sports bars on the coast where they cater for all major sports including GAA, Hurling, Soccer, etc. Harmon's also have the very popular 'Happy Hour' where you can relax and enjoy a most comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Rumor has it that the 'Guinness' is excellent and if you are a fan of 'karaoke' well, Harmon's is the place to be seen and heard.
Roka bar is located opposite Harmon's Irish Bar. This is a very pleasant venue where you can relax in ultra modern comfortable surroundings and a warm friendly atmosphere and competitive prices. This is also a sports bar.
This has to be considered one of the finest diners in Elviria and is situated in the commercial centre of Elviria. Open from early, serving the most magnificent choice of Breakfasts, Lunches and Evening Meals at very reasonable prices, this is a must visit restaurant and comes Highly Recommended..
This is a first line beach restaurant of the highest quality. With it's beautiful sea views and extremely friendly service and atmosphere. Cristina's has to be tried to be appreciated. If you are a lover of fish, look no further, as this has to be one of the finest fish restaurants in elviria and comes highly recommended.
Barboru Cafe & Drinks Bar:
The All New Barboru with a View Restaurant, the home of real value Breakfast is conveniently located in El Zoco, Calahonda. This pleasant Irish Restaurant / bar has free wi-fi and serves a large selection of freshly made breakfasts along with a very tasty all day menu. Sunday lunch is served from 1 to 4 pm and is well worth the trip. There is a great atmosphere here and the staff are also very pleasant..
Le Papillon :
Avail of sun beds and chill out beds with drinks service on the beach and dine under the stars in this magnificent setting overlooking the beautiful beach of Marbesa, serving international cuisine featuring extensive wine list and snack menu from 11.00am till late.
The surrounding area is a paradise for surfing, golf, tennis, angling or for someone just searching for peace and quite and wanting to relax at the pool or just laze on the white sandy beaches nearby.
Santa Maria Golf & Country Club :
Santa Maria is not only regarded as one of the most magnificent courses on the Costa del Sol, but also one of the most playablle. The golf course is situated alongside a delightful pinewood and oak forest. The first nine holes were designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido and the course rapidly became a favourite with a large number of golfers who decided to join the club. The second nine holes, inaugurated in November 1996, were designed by the club's own technical team. It is now regarded by experienced players and beginners alike as one of the best on the coast. The course offers players a challenging game in surroundings with views of the mediteranean and oak covered hills.
It now boasts an 18-hole course par 70 (soon to expand to 36 holes), and is only a few minutes drive away from Rancho Park Holiday Homes. Santa Maria golf has a magnificent club house bar and a very exlusive restaurant, well recommended and certainly worth a visit.
Marbella Golf and Country Club:
Set amidst the countryside of Andalucía, only five minutes from the fashionable resort of Marbella, this is one of the finest championship courses in europe. Marbella golf has an overall playing length of 6000 meters and a par rating of 72. It was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. The 18 hole layout was imaginatively conceived and is designed to compliment the existing environment and provide a testing but enjoyable game for golfers of different abilities. Bunkers abound and the rough can be difficult for shots that stray. Several lakes, which enhance the scenic value of the course particularly on the back nine, have to be successfully negotiated to preserve a reasonable score-card. Every hole is unique in design and character while affording views of the mediterranean sea.

This is not just a beach, although you can certainly enjoy the water, sand, deckchairs and beach-side snack-bar. This fun park is located on the coast-side of the entrance arch to marbella and offers everything you could possibly imagine to have a good time: go-karts, elastic beds to jump on, coloured trampolines, a video-game room, miniature golf, a mechanical bull to show off your rodeo skills, pinball machines, darts, etc. In addition, there is an enormous area set up so the little ones...
The decision to write a glowing review of a holiday rental leaves you with the future possibility of not been able to book for the following year. With that said.
The communication between the owner Alan and ourselves during the booking was friendly and honest with all questions asked answered.
We booked a transfer from the airport to Rancho Park with Alan and were met with great warmth.
The apartment in which we stayed is very well appointed , extremely comfortable and maintained to a very high standard.
The area where the apartments are situated is ideal set on a quiet residential street which terminates due to a large body of water . The beach can be seen from the gate making the three minute walk to the sand an ordeal. If you do not fancy the beach you will probably have the pool to yourselves.At night leave the windows open and fall asleep to the sound of the waves carried on the night air.
The mini supermarket is equidistant to that of the beach deciding who will go for the fresh bread rolls each morning is a chore.If you wish to cater for yourself during your stay the mini supermarket carries everything.
There are a number of restaurants along the beach front which serve good quality food .
Alan the owner is a gentleman, providing excellent customer service, going well beyond what is required.
When it was time to leave, it was like leaving home after a week of total relaxation.
So there you have it we won't be able to make a booking next year . Enjoy!
What it say's on the package is what you get. We stayed for one week and it was perfect.The owner is a gentleman and the apartments are a credit to him.The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained.Location was for us ideal.Beside the beaches and lots of restaurants within a stroll away. Alan the owner lives next door to the apartments and is on hand if there is anything you need or if you want to know where to go to eat or visit he is there and nothing is a problem to him.We would have no hesitation in recommending the property to our family and friends. We hope to return in September.

As described on the website, clean, well maintained, great service when required like a warm fire in the winter. Easy access to restaurants, beach and supermarket, 50 paces and you are there, what a wonderful location. Attention to detail is clear to see. We will be back again and again and again. My second visit to rancho park within year.Beautiful area peacefully ,great place to chill out and relax .Very safe to walk around ,miles of lovely beach .We were well cared for by Alan and Fran a great couple who put so much though into makeing u holiday a dream.Weather was not in my favour this time but holiday was still wonderful.Apartments are clean,and the tea and coffee and vino are great after the flight.Looking forward to return visit browsing flights .😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
