Master suite has California King, tub in room, private bathroom, living area with sofa, flatscreen and walkout sliders to pool. Guest suite has King bed, private bath and door out to pool area. Upstairs loft has two queen beds, living area and flatscreen. Third bathroom in main hallway. Beautiful modern kitchen with stainless appliances and dining area overlooking pool, golf course, pond and mountains. Pool has large covered deck for shade and views for miles. Plenty of space around pool to soak up the sun! Home has double garage and parking on the side for RV and/or boat.

Great Location

We stayed for a month and we really enjoyed the location of the property and the awesome backyard with the pond on the golf course which also included beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Kory was a great host and was easy to talk to and very accommodating. We had other family members come stay with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen has a large island which was great for big families and everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub and patio area. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house which we really liked and there’s a huge loft area which was great to have for extra beds. We loved our stay here and we would definitely stay here again when we visit Havasu.

Amazing family getaway!

The property was spacious and comfortable our kids loved the pool and outdoor area! The house was beautiful with all of the amenities we needed and more. Communication with the host was prompt and thorough any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. The check in/out process was a breeze. Would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Family Getaway

The home was beautiful and in a nice area. We loved all of the thought and details put into the home. My family enjoyed our stay so much! Even our pups! Kory was really great and provided all necessary details. Highly recommend!

Great home and pool

We had a great time at this house! The host was very responsive and super helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. The property was everything promised. Spacious home with amazing views and pool in an excellent location. Friendly neighborhood. We will definitely return.
