                                             OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Maximum is 10 adults guests an 2 children under 12.

Property has two outdoor showers , outdoor furniture, tables and loungers. Court have designated BBQ areas that have gas grills for family cooking and and outdoor dining.

This professionally designed, two story, 5 bedroom home with FOUR full baths !, non smoking, (Sleeps 10 adults & 4 children under 12) has two floors with open floor plan with a large living room with large smart TV, full kitchen including small appliances, two full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Full bathroom with tub and shower . Four Bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom with two Queen beds, Two Sleeper sofas in home.. I Two private decks.

Young Adult Rentals: a limited number of supervised young adult rentals are available for 2, 3 & 4 night packages from April 1 to June 30. Please inquire as to the exact dates and number of guests for rates and availability. Must have an adult 21+ years of age at all times on property and will agree to register with the Borough of Seaside heights in accordance with there Young Adult Rental Ordinance #179 & 55-3.. Any group rental seeking to check in which all guests are under 21 years of age will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Rates may be higher and will vary based on the number of guests. You can request a Special Offer Reservation once you confirm a 21 year will be on site.
