The property is a spacious air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with 2 separate terraces looking out over two swimming pools with superb views of the Mediterranean coast.
The lounge has a 32 inch flat screen satellite television, DVD and CD players. WI-FI and internet access is included which also gives access to UK TV channels including pay per view sports plus more and an online film and box set library.
There are two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully fitted including oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and washing machine.
There are three separately controlled air conditioning units, one in each bedroom and one in the lounge.
The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds.
The bathroom has a bath with shower and a mirrored cabinet.
The terraces have patio tables and chairs, and BBQ and are in the sun all day long.
There is a selection of books, games, DVDs and CDs in the apartment.
We also have a comprehensive information book with maps to give you ideas on where to go with recommendations for bars and restaurants with telephone numbers.
The complex itself is well maintained and clean. Sunbeds around the pool are available without charge to our guests. Private parking spaces are available for those driving.
We are Mandy & Andy Hazel. We purchased our apartment in Cyprus off plan in 2007 and took delivery of it in 2009. We hope to welcome you to our little bit of paradise on the idyllic island of Cyprus. Mandy is originally from Grimsby and Andy from London. Having been married for 34 years living in Essex. We take much pleasure in you enjoying your holiday in our property and make every effort to ensure that happens.

Why this property? Why not! The area of Coral Bay is so lovely and has the best beaches in the west of Cyprus. Peyia village is a typical Cypriot village and we fell in love with the area within minutes. The locals are so friendly. Our apartment has the best views across Coral Bay and the Mediterranean sea and benefits the best with the sun late into the evening. On top of that, its a real home from home. We spend a lot of time and money making sure you have everything you need including WI-FI internet connection and UK television and radio stations, a rarity in Cyprus properties, unless you own a pub!
The unique benefit of our apartment is the views of the sea and the sunsets. A cold glass of wine or beer on the terrace with the sun going down with (or without) a BBQ meal is so relaxing. We do all we can to make sure you have a great stay in our property from booking to the end of your stay.
The apartment is a great base from which to visit the west of Cyprus. The complex itself was very quiet during the day and night with the exception of our last night, when one apartment decided to play loud music from 2200 until 0200 the next morning - not sure whether they were a permanent resident or a tourist. We were thankful it was just the one night. The offending apartment was on the ground floor and the sound seemed to resinate within the building itself, because outside you could barely hear anything! The rest of the time the only noise we heard was the occasional dog barking and cockerel crowing.
Part way through our stay there was a problem with the water supply - we contacted the property management who arranged for a plumber to call, and so the problem was resolved as quick as reasonably possible.
The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was comfortable. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony each morning in the glorious sunshine. The balcony was in the sun for most of the day and we enjoyed lovely views of the sea towards the Coral Bay Area.
The complex itself looked a little unloved in places, but on the whole it was kept tidy.
We were disappointed to find that the electric bicycle didn't work in the gym and the table tennis table was broken. However, we could have played some sort of a game on it if there had been a ping pong ball to play with. We went out nearly everyday so this really wasn't a problem for us.
The two swimming pools looked lovely, but too cold for us since we visited end of November/early December. We found the apartment to be exactly as described.
I would recommend hiring a car as the apartment is not on a bus route. Supermarkets, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. We found them to be very reasonable.
Andy, the owner was extremely helpful and any queries were answered promptly.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Peyia.
Great location, on the top floor with everything you need to have a relaxing holiday and a great base for exploring. Short walk to the local shops and restaurants and only €8 in a taxi from Coral Bay if you fancy a night out there. We had all the things we required in the apartment which very clean and well maintained. Andy and Mandy provided a booklet which is stacked with information of places and things to do, also before we arrived I emailed Andy and the communication was once again great which meant we had a hassle free holiday.
This place is highly recommended and we are all ready looking to book next year. From here we visited Latchi (30 mins in a car), also we used the local bus service which runs into Coral Bay then another bus which runs every ten minutes into Paphos and only €1.50.
All the local restaurants were very good and trying different local dishes is a must for me. Some highlights were: Peyia Tavern, Grande and you must try Neo's.

This is a fantastic property for a perfect holiday very clean and well maintained with every amenities you require.
Super views of the sea and a short walk to Peyia village where lots of good places to eat. Two lovely clean swimming pools and well kept grounds. Also plenty of places to park the car. We had 2 weeks of wonderful sunny weather.
The owners folder with lots of information about the area and restaurants was very useful.
We've have had a fantastic time at Andy's apartment. The advert is spot on. The spectacular views hit you as you walk through the front door and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. The WI-FI is excellent and as well as Internet access, allowed us (and our children) to watch UK TV including Sky Sports for my husband.
The complex has two well maintained swimming pools which we all loved and the complex is very well situated for Peyia village which is a short walk and Coral Bay shops, bars and restaurants which are a 3 minute drive away.
We do recommend hiring a car. It allowed us to visit the Akamas Peninsula which is truly stunning and also Paphos and Laatchi harbour.
Andy has a very informative book on where to go and what to do. He has thought of everything and of all the holidays we have had in privately owned apartments, this was easiest the best service and value for money.

Ik denk dat wij de eerste Nederlanders zijn in het appartement. Na aangekomen te zijn op het vliegveld Larnaca zijn we in de auto gestapt met de routebeschrijving die de eigenaar aan ons had gemaild. In 1x goed gereden naar het appartement, ondanks dat het al donker was en dat we links moesten rijden. Wat een top appartement, lekker ruim en zelfs een wasmachine, heerlijk voor de badlakens!! Enig nadeel is dat het strand, Coral Bay niet op loopafstand is, zeker niet met de gemiddelde temp. van 38 graden die wij 3 weken hadden. Maar we hadden 2 scooters gehuurd voor 3 weken, even wennen dat we links moesten rijden, maar het went snel.
Cyprus is een super mooi eiland met veel bezienswaardigheden, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Firstly wow what an amazing location and apartment set up.
We were a party of 2 adults and an 8 yrs old and 4 yrs old. The apartment had everything we needed, with the added bonus of a great balcony overlooking the pool which was perfect when the 4yrs old needed a sleep and i could still sit out and watch the pool and catch some sun.
Peyia has everything you need including a bakery with to die for cakes , supermarkets and great taverns to eat (Costas being our fav) it is close enough to get to Paphos and Coral bay, but far enough away for relaxation and quiet time. (5 mins coral bay, 20 mins Paphos)

All in all perfect location, complex and accommodation, will be going again!

The minimum stay is 4 nights but the minimum charge per stay is £165. This amount is the cost if the above rates calculate a cheaper figure
