Skoutelonas Villa offers two spacious independent 2-bedroom apartments with a private pool in Skoutelonas village, just 350 meters away from the long sandy beach. Kolymbari village is only 1 km away, while the great location of the villa gives to the guests the opportunity to visit easily some of the most attractive and popular beaches in Chania, such as Balos lagoon, Elafonisi and Falassarna. Chania town can be also reached within a 22 km drive.

The two-floor Villa provides one 2-bedroom apartment of 100 sq. m in each floor and it is capable of accommodating 4 guests and 1 child per apartment. The almost identical apartments can be rented together, accommodating large groups of friends and big families up to 8 adults and 2 children. In case you want to rent only one apartment, the other one stays empty in order to provide a completely private environment to the guests, away from the distinctive looks keeping privacy, comfort and relaxation.

An open plan area is provided in every floor, including a seating area with a fireplace and a TV, a comfortable dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and hobs, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a sandwich maker, and a kettle. Balconies with pool view are also available from the bedrooms for those who want to relax outside drinking their morning coffee.

Outdoors, a lush garden and a pool with a children corner, protected with fences and a playground for children are also offered. The fences are beautifully covered with flowers and plants in order to provide privacy to the guests.
