Quiet location, beach at 5 min walk down.

This 1 bedroom apartment is in a convenient location, second line where you enjoy the quietness and the parking facilty, but u are still a short walk to the sea, beach and restaurants.

There is 1 bedroom with comfortable double bed with latex matress.

and a ceiling fan ideal for summer nights as cools without being too much.

Linen and towels are fresh and good quality. We provide beach towels too.

If you need it we can provide a baby cot and a high chair, pls just ask

The spacious bathroom has just been renewed and has a big walk in shower ( 75cm wide x 1,75 cm long ). There is a hair dryer. Water with good pressure.

Modern kitchen with all facilities, even dishwasher and washing machine.

Elegant and comfortbale living area from where u enjoy a fabulous view of the harbour.

Free internet

Nestled in a privileged area of Mallorca, where you can enjoy mountain as well as sea activities .In a quiet and safe area, where parking in street is easy and free. Its a few minutes walk to harbour and beach, where you find all amenities, best restaurants for fresh fish...

The building itself is very cool, and from our 3 huge windows in the lounge you enjoy fabulous sea views and fresh salty sea breeze. Windows have double glazing offering total isolation.

We would be pleased to meet you on arrival, guide you to the aptm. and explain about the area, giving you our best tips. See you soon !

Apartment extra details: The apartment is located in a privileged area, its not directly in first line, far enough away for wonderful peace and quiet, but 4 minutes walk down to the activity.

Car hire is not necessary, but if you wish to hire one, parking in front of the property is easy and free.

If you decide to arrive by taxi, we are happy to organize a local driver to collect you at the airport and take you directly to the aptm.

The apartment is very well equipped and all guests have enjoyed a lot.

We will meet you on arrival and accompany you to the property, of course will try to help as much as possible.

We want you to enjoy your holiday at our apartment and it will be clean, fresh and in optimum conditions for your stay.

Comfortable apartment, great views. Recommended

My wife and I stayed for 6 days in April, and had a great time. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped and the views across the bay are wonderful. The weather was lovely and the local walking trails were ideal for us, so it was a very enjoyable stay all round. The owner arranged taxi transfers to and from the airport which made transport very easy

Pt de Soller has lots of shops and restaurants so eating in or out are both easy. We ate in mostly as the views from the dining table match any restaurant and the supermercados have plenty of fresh good quality food and not too expensive. (Also very reasonably priced wine)

We walked every day on the local walking trails which are clearly marked and very varied. Cheap local buses make it possible to go out from the town and walk back on a hiking trail so its easy to plan routes and explore the area. As well as spectacular scenery there a lovely towns and villages within easy reach. Soller, two miles inland is an old town with narrow streets and a busy square full of cafes and restaurants overlooked by the church.

We had a lovely time and could happily have stayed longer

Now even better !

We have visited Port de Sóller twice and staying in this lovely aptm.

Las year we really enjoyed and this year the aptm has been renewed having now a very nice wooden floor, and other new fittings that make it even more cosy and comfy

We will recommend to anyone seeking for an ideal place.

Very nice cosy apartment, very clean, nothing is missing.

The view is fantastic.

Very nice appartment with fantastic view. We missed nothing during our stay in that beautiful, clean and calm appartment. Only 5 min to the centre of port de soller and to the beach. The region of Serra de Tramuntana is very good for hiking and mountain biking.

Sóller and its surroundings provide a wonderful area combining sea and mountain so its ideal for either those in search of sea + sun or the ones who like exploring beautiful villages, this can be done driving around or walking.

There are guide-books specialised in walking routes on the area, which is the most attractive of Mallorca. In Port de Sóller there is a sandy beach, Repic Beach, with all facilities, easy access, showers, sun loungers for rent, boats or rent... As Port de Sóller is well communicated with Sóller there is no need to hire a car, you can use bus or the lovely orange tram that runs along Port and goes to Sóller. In Port de Sóller you will find all you need, good restaurants and coffee shops, banks, chemist... In Sóller also good restaurants & coffee shops, shopping street and daily market with fresh fish, meat, vegetables & fruit. Sóller its very interesting village and also Fornalutx, which has been considered the most beautiful village in Spain. Come and enjoy!
