This house is located at best location. When one live in big city like New York , one has to stay close to subway station. This condo is ideal because it is only 2 min. Walking distance to 'F' train and great city Manhattan is only 20 minutes away,
This condo is well designed, well maintained clean and well ventilated. Rooms are good size. Restaurant, shopping malls, private and public transportation and subway station are at walking distance. It takes only 20 minutes to reach Manhattan.
We flew into New York for a quick trip on our way to Europe. We wanted a convenient place that would allow us to visit Manhattan. This place worked out perfectly.
Location: The apartment is located about half a block from the subway. The train there takes you right into the heart of Manhattan. We found it very convenient to be able to get into Manhattan within 40 minutes.
Almost anything we needed was within walking distance.
The apartment was beautiful. It ha a very modern look to it. The full functioning kitchen was great. I am sure we could have made some very nice meals, if we hadn't been out majority of the time.
There were TVs in all the bedrooms with cable.
The laundry room is downstairs. It is a pay laundry: $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. It needs quarters
The owner was wonderful. He kept in constant communication throughout our stay.
I highly recommend this place.
When we got to New York the owner had already sent us all the information we needed (address, key code, WiFi password). Cab fare was about $30 to the apartment from LaGuardia . There was a sign on the inside door welcoming us and letting us know which door was to our apartment. The apartment was cute, just like the pictures and clean. There is no living room and you get exactly whats in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with the basics and we lacked for a pitcher for iced tea, a measuring cup, and wash clothes but we still managed. Some of the furniture was a little rickety and the beds are quite firm. Plenty of towels and pillows were provided. The owner came by and met with us the next morning and asked if we needed anything and provided us with some extra blankets. He was a very nice and gracious man and we felt genuinely welcomed. He also allowed us to stay a couple hours late on check out (because we had an evening flight out) free of charge. Everything worked (although the toilet is a bit wobbly) and we had no trouble with heat or hot water. The laundry room is downstairs and is a pay laundry so you'll need some quarters,$1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. You can hear quite a bit through the walls and we had some noisy downstairs neighbors for a couple nights but they did keep it down once we told them we were heading to bed. The subway is only about 3 minute walk around the corner, and there is a grocery store, Walgreens, fast food, locale food, liquor store, taverns and more all within walking distance. All in all, it was a great place to stay to experience Queens, we didn't feel unsafe and it was very convenient to the rest of NYC. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
The place was clean, complete kichen appliances. The bedrooms, sheets and comforters were new. Ebrahim was very helpful and supportive. He was easy to reach at anytime and easy to talk to. Stores, restaurants and trains were easily accessible.
The only drawback was the toilet. The toilet was very shaky when someone sits on it and the flush broke one day prior to checking out. These could be easily fixed. I would stay there again and l will definitely recommend it to friends. Thank you.
We enjoyed our stay; the property was excellent and clean. The customer service was great. It was as we expected. I will highly recommend it to my friends.
The place was small and quiet. Had an issue with the toilet but messaged owner and it was fixed next morning. Only downside was people living below were loud and smoking in the house which made it difficult to sleep. Subway is close but for those travelling to Manhattan it's quite the trek we found out. Cabs are expensive from here as well. But all in all Quaizar is fantastic at replying with no hesitation
We came to Queens to drop my daughter off at St. John's University. We needed something clean, safe, close to school and public transportation. This property fit the bill perfectly. Quazier is SO sweet. He was very accommodating and helpful, and responds almost immediately to texts. Several good food options within walking distance, including a great deli. Subway just at the end of the street. One mile to school, we walked a few times, and it's about an $8 UBER ride. We will surely be staying with Quazier again in the future! :)
