This is a charming 2-bedroom and 1-bathroom home. It is your home away from home. Located right where 89th Avenue and 178th Street intersect, nestled in the borough of Queens NY. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay here. This home is within 1 block of the F train subway line. This modern, classic, updated, and clean home has hardwood floors throughout. Lots of sunlight.

The first bedroom sleeps 3 people total. It has a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2) and a twin sized bed (sleeps 1). This bedroom has an HDTV with cable TV and is waiting for you to lie down and loosen up. Contemporary lighting with Premium NY themed décor with a touch of color. Air conditioned and temperature controlled. No Sweat! 

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2) and also has a dining table with chairs (can seat 4 persons). Very modern in design with modularity and nimbleness in mind. Come play a game of cards, checkers, or other board games underneath modern lighting that does a great job keeping it lit. This bedroom also has an HDTV with over 225 premium channels. Oh yeah… this table can be used to eat a meal that was prepared in our fully capable kitchen.

This city cottage has a European style modern kitchen. It includes a 30-inch 4 burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and decently sized refrigerator all with stainless steel finish. The kitchen also includes granite counter tops, marble floors, tiled backsplash, lots of cabinet space, loads of sunlight. Leave the dishes at home! We have pots, pans, kitchen gadgets utensils, glasses, cutlery and yes… a COFFEE MACHINE!!!!

Towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for a wonderful spa like experience in our Full Bathroom. The bathroom is clean, updated, and modern. It includes a Rain spa shower head, lighted vanity, and is tiled from ceiling to floor. Absolutely stunning.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet is provided for use throughout the property. Key less access code entry to the building and the apartment so no key or key box is needed. Grocery, Pharmacy, supermarket, banks, Fast Foods, all within walking distance. Independent Heating system (You control your own thermostat). Washer /Dryer facilities are for your use. Bed sheets, towels, comforters, toiletries, Hair Dryer, Iron & board, and parking for 1 vehicle all included.

This Was Exactly What We Expected

I recently rented this apartment in a multicultural neighboorhood of Jamaica Queens for a weekend getaway with my older female cousin. Upon our arrival at the home, I noticed it was on the second floor of a remodeled house. As we entered the property the rooms look exactly as pictured. Two standard size bedrooms, a small bathroom, and an average size kitchen with its amenities. The place was clean and nicely kept with some decor. The living space was big enough for at least 2-3 people comfortably. I did notice that the small hallway and kitchen remained humid being as though the air conditioners were only in the bedrooms and this was the summer season. A ceiling fan would have been an additional help in cooling the area. The gated back patio was huge with a sitting area. The laundromat style washer and dryer was a nice addition as well. You just need to have some coin change with you.

The surrounding neighboorhood was quiet and there are lots of shops to purchase items on the avenue which was one block away.

My only problem with the rental was the lack of vehicle parking in the area. If you do get a parking space for your vehicle I would advise you to stay in the parking spot as long as you possibly can. The owner does have another option for you to park your vehicle at a different location if there isn't any parking available outside in the area.

The owner was friendly and helpful with any concerns that I may have had during the time of our stay. My older cousin loved the home.

Thank You for your hospitality, if we are in the area again we will return to this rental.

We were in NYC for an indefinite amount of time and the owner was great! He was very understanding, helpful, and flexible with our changing schedule. He was also very attentive, checking in often, and ensured we always had what we needed. Good location to the F line, grocery stores and pharmacies.

Excellent stay, close to transit, caring owner

First time user of vrbo so wasn't sure what to expect, but this was a great experience. Its a house that is split into an upper and lower apt. We stayed in the upper apt. Owner got in contact with us ahead of time to help make our stay smooth.and also stayed in touch with us throughout the trip. He even called and.messaged us when we were late checking in ( flight delay). Owner went above and beyond to help us with parking arrangements. We had 2 small kids with us and the 2 bedrooms were very comfortable for them. Definity would recommend to stay here.

We chose this property because of the location, subway connection, and reviews. And sure enough, the reviews were right on! Two couples shared this 2-bedroom property and were totally satisfied with the quality and value of the stay. We had great connections to the U.S. Open and Manhattan, even took the LIRR out on the island. Clean, comfortable, good neighborhood. Thanks, thanks, thanks! We'll surely be coming back to this property. Downstairs tenants say they've been coming to stay here for the U.S. Open for 9 years.
