Super Apartment With Great Views !

Having stayed in another apartment on this urbanization twice before we needed to find another as the previous one had been sold. This was the one we chose and it was a winner !

Jon is very easy to communicate with and gives clear guidance and instructions. Peter, the meet and greet agent is very pleasant and met us and showed us around the apartment when we first arrived.

There are fantastic views from the balcony which overlooks 2 La Quinta golf course holes, gives beautiful views of La Concha mountain and the valley down to the Mediterranean sea.

The apartment is well equiped so you can live happily without thinking "I wish I had brought that !"

You must hire a car so you can pop down to the supermarket when you need supplies ! Everything is within a 10 minute car journey but get to know the side roads through Neuve Adalucia to avoid peak time traffic going past San Pedro.

The beautiful gardens are perfect for a relaxing day in the sun & pool. Our 1 year old loves the dipping pool to splash around in while we chilled out with him.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone from families to groups of adults. Just not when we want to book it! 😉? We will be returning in the future ! Thanks Jon !

Absolutely Superb Place. Thoroughly Recommended

Brilliant apartment.. Amazing views, great owner and communications (thanks Jon) and an absolutely lovely stay in a very large well appointed flat with a fabulous pool attached. Was so relaxing in a great spot on the famous la quinta golf course. The visit couldn't have gone smoother and we will be back.

Jon's apartment in Puerto Banus

We've just had a great 9 nights at Jon's 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and very comfortable, home from home. Jon was great at keeping touch and provided directions before the journey and checked to see that we were ok finding the property as we drove down to it. Jon has a colleague, Peter, who meet you to take you up to the apartment and show us around. Peter was really helpful as well as been a really nice guy.

We used the pool area which is a short down hill walk from the apartment. The apartment is located in a very quite spot, so our stay was nice and peaceful.

Very Good!

In general we were very satisfied with your apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean and offers all the facilities for a comfortable stay. The airconditioning works very well throughout the apartment which is good for having a good sleep even with very hot days.

The balcony is really great with a fantastic view of the golf courses, mountains and the sea. The balcony has sun in the morning and shade in the evening. The swimming pool area is just a 2 minutes walk from the apartment. It is a nice pool with sun beds and parasols and (again) a great view to the mountains. As said we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to others. The price quality ratio is really very good.

great place to stay, great location & view over the golf course & ocean & everything we needed = a great property - could not be faulted - would recommend unreservedly - La Quinta generally is quite a swish location as well if you want to impress your friends. Lots of beaches within a few minutes, wonderful mountain scenery, and the Mediterranean Sea.

Puerto Banus is home to the rich and famous, with some of the biggest boats you will ever see ! You can just sit for hours and people watch on the Marina. Marbella Old Town is a treat, offering lots of great restaurants and bars in traditional Spanish style.

There is extensive nightlife for all ages. La Quinta itself has a 27 hole golf course on your doorstep and there is a luxury Spa at the 5* Westin hotel.
