2 bedrooms. Peaceful location. Close to lovely beach,

“Seaspray” is a delight. This chalet house offers ACCESS via a short walk to the award winning sandy shores of Dymchurch beach. This area of beach is far enough away from the village that it can often be found with few, if any other people. It's like having your own private beach.

Dymchurch village with its shops and mini supermarket are about half a mile away. You can safely ride to the village along the sea wall or beach, when the tide is out.

FRIDAY to FRIDAY BOOKINGS

The house offers comfortable accommodation for up to four persons.

The spacious lounge/diner has French doors to the rear garden. Also in the living area there are two settees, a colour TV, video, DVD player and Freeview box, & a large library of films.

The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and an electric cooker.

There is a door to the garage, which is a safe place to store any bikes you may bring with you.

The hall has a downstairs WC.

The first floor.

There is a double bedroom to the rear, and a twin bedroom to the front.

All beds are equipped with Duvets.

The modern family bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink & WC.

Wifi internet connection.

Gas and electricity are included in the rental.

This is a non-smoking property.

Pets allowed.

(Pets allowed. Max 2 pets. £35 per week per pet in addition to the rental price)

The holiday home is furnished so that all you need to bring with you is BED LINEN and TOWELS etc.

Bed linen is available upon request at £25. If you want this service please be sure to let us know.

There is off road parking for two cars.

The rear garden is mostly lawn, with two patio areas, so you can stay in the sun throughout the day. There is a wooden table and attached seating, for eating in the garden. BBQ. (fuel available locally)

The rear gate leads you up a short track to the top of the sea wall & the lovely beaches to bathe, play, fish, etc.

Bike Hire: In New Romney you can hire bikes for £10 per day. £25 for 3 days and £45 for a week.

All bikes are new each year and come with locks and stands.

Hire is from 9-5 and there is a £50 deposit.

St. Pancreas Station with access to London is one hour away via the fast train.

For people wishing to holiday on the coast and visit London, this is an ideally situated property.

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and are looking forward to returning this summer. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. The layout is comfortable and spacious - the kitchen is small but adequate and there is a large porch which was good for storing shoes, boots, coats etc.

There is a gate at the bottom of the garden which gives direct access to a great sandy beach. Kids thought it was brilliant they also enjoyed our day on the Hythe and Dymchurch railway.

Wonderful house in a nice surrounding

The House is absolutely loveley and so well equipt that there is nothing else what I can think on. We most enjoyed the beautyful garden with the direct access to the sea. The garden is an excellent place to relax and the whole area is quiet and nice. A wonderful place to stay.

nice and restful holiday

The description was accurate regarding all the information we had.

The home was verry clean, well -maintained, nice decoratated, and well provide for childeren.

I have already recommended this house to family with kids, because it is a perfect location to take a holiday with little childeren.

We liked the enviremont , and we enyoid very much our meals in Rye, restaurant "G" is perfect.

The only place that has disappointing us was our visit to "Sissinghurst". It was'nt as nice as we expected.

'Seaspray' is set in Dymchurch which is about 3 miles from New Romney. The award winning beach has views from Dover to Dungeness with occasional glimpses of the French coast.

The beach is ideal for bathing, playing, kite flying, wind surfing, & Beach fishing.

There are local shops and public houses within 1/2 mile. Tesco local is in the village along with a selection of small shops &cafe .

The Romney Hythe and Dymchurch miniture railway is about 1 mile away. There are several restaurants in the area.

The famous Littlestone golf course is about 3 1/2 mile away. Dungeness is well known for sea fishing as well as its lighthouse which can be climbed and there is a RSPB bird reserve and fresh water fishing lakes. In Lydd there is a water sports centre with wind surfing, power boat racing and go carting. Other attractions in the area include Dover Castle, Bodium Castle, Sissinghurst, Hastings Folkestone and Canterbury with its shops & Cathedral.

Golf: Visitors are welcome seven days a week at Littlestone Warren and to ensure you get a convenient tee time, we offer bookings up to seven days in advance. You can play in singles, two, three or four balls and the course is suitable for all levels of play. No handicap certificate is required. There are changing rooms for Gentlemen and Ladies in the Clubhouse and there is an excellent all day bar and restaurant too. Practice facilities are extensive with an eight bay driving range, chipping and putting greens as well as a greenside bunker.

Why not bring the family? We have two tennis courts on site available for hire (£5 per hour) and the sea is only a few minutes walk away.

All bookings for Littlestone Warren are taken at our friendly, well stocked Pro’s shop which is situated in the Clubhouse and buggies, trollies and equipment can be hired from the shop. We operate a Loyalty Card Scheme which offers 6 rounds of golf for the price of 5.

Fees for a round of golf at Littlestone Warren are:

£22.00 Midweek (£35 per day)

£27.00 at Weekends and Public Holidays (£40 per day)

£12.00 Special Twilight Rate*
