Set within a small complex the villa is ideal for those that want to be close to the main resort but at the same time be a bit set back from everything.The villa is furnished to a very high standard and it comes fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances. Complemented by a private pool, sun lounges and garden furniture this villa comes highly recommended for a perfect holiday on this sun drenched island. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people easily and it is conveniently located within walking distance to shops,bars, traditional taverns and the ever so popular beaches of Protaras are found only within a short walk. A must view rental property villa in an excellent location.

Protaras / Pernera area: Protaras has grown over the years grown into a lovely resort attracting a lot of local and foreigners. Beautiful sandy bays stretching like a necklace from Kapparis to the main part of Protaras give people plenty to do, with watersports readily available, boat trips to view the occupied ghost town of Famagusta, crystal clear waters ideal for snorkelling and much much more. Add to this and abundance of bars, restaurants, taverns etc and you have the ideal resort that will cater for every taste and budget. With the long summers and low cost of living the Island is becoming a top destination for retirees from all over Europe.

If Protaras sounds like the kind of place you would wish to spend your Cyprus holidays then do not wait for long... The beach is only about a short walk whilst the main street of Protaras is only about a 15 walk....... So come and enjoy the island and its hospitality..............!

The Famagusta District: Famagusta District lies on the south east coast of the island and it is considered by a lot as one of the nicest parts of the island due to what it has to offer whether it is the white sandy bays of Ayia Napa and Protaras or the traditional villages still offering that unique character that has over the years attracted a lot of people to make this area their permanent home or their holiday dream.

The district itself not only includes Ayia Napa and Protaras, two of the most known holiday resorts on the island but also is home to a lot of other small villages known as the 'red soil villages ' due to the rich copperish colour of the very fertile soil.

Paralimni has now become the administrative town of the area and bears little resemblance to the sleepy rural backwater of the early 1970s. Paralimni's change began in 1974 when the town of Famagusta's Greek-Cypriot population fled south during the invasion of the Turks. Paralimni expanded overnight and has over the years expanded

a lovely villa in a great location

The house had everything you need for a stay - we found the washing machine and towels very handy! The rooms were lovely and all had good air conditioning for when that was needed! Everywhere was clean and tidy.

The swimming pool was great and frequently cleaned. We found some floats we were able to use so I even learnt how to swim! There were deckchairs and all available to use too.

The man who looks after the house was very welcoming and helpful. It is in a good location, within walking distance to the town, a Lidl store and the beach, with plenty of attractions nearby, like quad biking and water sports - and a KFC too! Buses run to nearby towns regularly, so we made use of that as well.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect accomidation

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The villa was immaculate, fully air conditioned with strong wifi. It has everything you could need- washing machine, towels, iron, tv,, DVDs player, sun loungers etc. The location is perfect- aprox 2 minute walk in to the beach and 5/10 mins to the strip and also only 10 min drive to ayia Napa. Would highly recommend- had a fantastic holiday.

Superb Villa 5 star all round

Superb Villa with all you need for a perfect stay.

Have stayed at this villa when it was first built and it remains in new build condition with everything working, imacuately clean, with new furniture and fittings inside and outside around the brilliant pool.

WiFi available and worked throughout the stay with high connection level.

While we spent most of the day at the villa around the pool the local bars, restaurants and beach are only a short walk away if that's your preference.

Was able to deal directly with the owner which gave me assurance about all I was getting - a nice guy who got back to me immediately

We highly recommend it for family or friends

Ideal family villa

This is a small compact villa with the added benefit of two separate bathrooms plus an additional loo. There is also a lovely wee pool, totally essential in the hot cyprus summers. Four lounge beds provided and an outside table and chairs. The villa is furnished simply and the kitchen has the basic requirements. Nothing is provided not even cleaning materials or a sponge so shopping upon arrival is a must! Apparently though this is pretty standard in Cyprus villa rentals. There are great supermarkets not too far and a small 24 hour store nearby. The villa was easy to find even though we arrived late at night and it is easy to park outside. Car hire in my opinion is absolutely essential. I used a local firm called steven's car hire, they met me at arrivals and i dropped the car off again at departures. It was all very efficient and smooth and we had no problems at all. Costas, the villa manager was a delightful fellow, nothing too much trouble, he even came to change a light bulb! The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. The owner of the villa was very easy to deal with, all communication was done by email or text.

I would definitely recommend this villa for two adults and two children, though I believe there is extra pull out sleeping space on the sofas.

To summarise, fairly priced villa near to Pernerna and Protaras, car hire essential for those with very young kids or elderly. easy drive from Larnaca airport, 45 minutes.

Esperos Villa Review

The Villa is very well equipped with all the essentials you expect from a self catering apartment, with a few extras.

Clean and tidy upon arrival and easy to maintain this during stay, pool was cleaned twice in the week we were there, and all facilities in perfect working order.

Took my 4 month old son here for our first family holiday and he loved it!

The only aspect lacking was the fact the villa has no Wi-Fi connection, although this could be found in local bars/restaurants 5 mins away.

Would recommend and will certainly use again!
