Space 4,305 sq. ft.
Property type house
Minimum Stay 7 nights

About the property

6 bedrooms sleeps 10. Near to St Tropez/St Raphael

This beautiful Moulin is cool and spacious with huge stone arches creating a dramatic feature in the main living room. The house has space for people to find their own areas to relax privately. Large tables create comfortable dining inside, by the pool, in the garden or courtyard. A small waterfall at the front of the house and a larger to the rear provide gentle tranquillity. All bedrooms are large and can cater for singles or doubles. Bargemon is known as the 'Pearl of the Var' and is exceptionally beautiful as are the neighbouring villages of Callas and Clavier. It has provided memorable holidays for families for over 10 years.

Gorgeous holiday villa

  • 4 of 5

We visited this home with our family and friends this summer for a week of rest and relaxation. From the moment the large gates were opened we were delighted to be spending our holiday here. The "Great Room" in the living area was stunning. We even remarked that the pictures on the website do not fully do justice to the stunning surrounds and interior. As a family who enjoy spending evenings eating al fresco, in this home we were spoilt rotten. The bbq, outdoor fridge and covered seating area were perfect for us. Many fun evenings by the pool with not a sound to be heard other than us of course. The home is vast with many different rooms and outdoor seating areas for those who might want to slip away from the larger group. The biggest piece of feedback has to go to the owners, Kevin and Jewels who were a tremendous help in providing us with tips on our St. Tropez trip, the best Wine cave and boulangerie in the area. This home has been well taken care of, it was clean and clearly well loved. We enjoyed spending days out in the Cote D'Azur region and coming back in the late afternoons to pure bliss.

A perfect holiday

  • 5 of 5

I have traveled the world and this house is one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. It surpassed every expectation I had.The grounds are lovely and well maintained, and the house was beautifully restored, incredibly spacious and comfortable for all 9 of us (2 families traveling together with young children). Kevin, the owner, was there to greet us, available any time we needed anything, and gave us great advice about area activities and restaurants. We asked for the kitchen to be stocked with provisions and everything was there when we arrived. Bargemon, the near-by town, is lovely and we had some wonderful meals there and in the surrounding towns. We picked wild blackberries, plums and tomatoes on walks near the house. I would return in a heartbeat and would recommend this property to anyone.

A beautiful property and an excellent host

  • 4 of 5

We had a relaxing and enjoyable time at the Moulin this summer. The property itself is comfortable, clean, spacious and well-appointed, in a spectacular setting. The host, Kevin, is genial and entertaining. We had a little trouble with the electrics, but Kevin was always ready at short notice to drop by and sort things out. Recommended!

Wonderful Owner

  • 4 of 5

Many travellers have written about how charming and out of the world the propoerty and the area is. I am going to tell a less known side of the property - its owner. Not only was the owner helpful and friendly throughout, he was very honest and decent. One of our family friends left behind in an envelope some caseh and her identity card, and the owenr went through all the trouble of tracking us down and then taking the envelope to the post office for it to be couriered back to us, all along refusing to accept even a token of appreciation. Where else can you find an owner of such high integrity?

Great holiday escape in the Var region

  • 5 of 5

Bargemon is a beautiful village with a short drive to Cannes, Nice and Saint-Tropez. The Moulin is situated in a very quiet area, ideal to get rest while enjoying the great amenities of this beautiful holiday house and being not far away from the hustle and bustle of the French riviera region. An ideal place for a big family to stay, the Moulin has many sleeping rooms and great lounging / dining area. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend nice holidays in South France. Thanks also to Kevin for his hospitality and great insights about the region and the place to get the best local wines ;)

we loved this holiday soo much.

  • 5 of 5

This beautiful house is a rare find and oozes classic country charm but with all the modern conveniences of a high-tech kitchen, sumptuous furnishings, cable TV and a vast landscaped garden we were able to soak up all the joie de vivre the south of France offers without forsaking our creature comforts. We spent an idlic week here at the beginning of June and the weather was perfect for topping up the tan but not too hot you couldn't explore the beautiful countryside and the three chocolate box villages within walking distance. I can only describe this holiday experience as dreamy and what with the drives down to Cannes and St Tropez it was everything I'd hoped for from this stunning part of the world. Since our return I've been singing the praises of this holiday to all my family and friends and we will definitely come back soon with them in toe.
