The apartment is part of an exclusive development of just 4 apartments (2 ground, 2 upper) and 3 villas. Our upper floor benefits from a vaulted ceiling, extensive Caribbean views and a cooling, comfortable breeze. For your comfort there is Air Con & Ceiling Fans throughout. It offers 2 en-suite bedrooms which sleep 4. There is a long open plan lounge/reception area with kitchen and French doors to allow access to the large veranda area. This includes loungers and an additional dining area so you can soak up the sunshine or watch superb sunsets Landscaped gardens feature a large swimming pool with adjoining sundeck. This is exclusively for the 4 apartments. There are loungers and a large canopy for extra shade. A local mobile phone is provided for your personal use. Jolly Harbour Marina & resort is just a few minutes walk. It has the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean. There is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a new supermarket.

The Local Area: Hamilton Estate stands on a peaceful hillside situated on the Caribbean west coast of Antigua, a fifteen-minute drive to the capital St Johns and twenty-minutes from the airport. Jolly Beach is just a few hundred yards away a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees and with a backdrop of scenic hills and peaks.

The entrance to Jolly Harbour Marina and resort is also just 10 minutes walk from Hamilton Estate. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. A fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre. The commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. For all its many amenities, Jolly Harbour remains a sophisticated and tranquil setting to while away the holiday hours.

We can arrange local car hire for you at very competitive rates. We can arrange for you to collect your car from the airport or, if you prefer, it can be delivered later direct to your apartment.

Everything on Antigua is within easy driving distance. Travel a few miles down the stunning coastline and you soon come to Fig Tree Drive. Here you drive through the amazing rain forest. You can take a 'tree top trail' through the forest canopy. As you head further south you come to English Harbour & Nelsons Dockyard. Loads more places for eating out and a great selection of local stores.

A trip to the capital, St John's gives a wonderful insight to local Caribbean life. A wonderful mix of local markets alongside designer outlets:

Heritage Quay - Duty Free shopping i.e. Rolex, Cartier, Chanel, Tommy Hilfiger, Diamonds International etc..

Redcliffe Quay – elegant restaurants set in shady courtyards, and beautiful handcrafted pottery and gifts.

Cricket is a passion in Antigua. If you are a cricket fan you must visit the new Sir Viv Richards Stadium or The Stickey Wicket West Indies Cricket Hall of Fame.

For sailing enthusiasts there is Jolly Harbour Marina & Antigua Sailing Week.
