Brand new 3 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms DUPLEX apartment located 5 minutes by train from DISNEYLAND PARIS. The garden is ideal for family vacations! The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed linens and towels are provided. There is a DVD player and selection of DVDs at your disposition. The apartment is located 5 minutes walking far from the train station VAL D'EUROPE where the train drops you in 5 minutes to DISNEY and in 30 minutes to the very heart of PARIS, or directly on the CHAMPS ELYSEES! The apartment is also very close (at walking distance) to the bigger European mall CENTRE COMMERCIAL VAL D'EUROPE, where you can find a supermarket, groceries, bakeries, restaurants, and a giant aquarium called SEA LIFE. Outside the shopping centre you can find LA VALLEE VILLAGE with outlet designer stores as MAXMARA, BURBERRYS and even a STARBUCKS coffee! The apartment is 40 kms far from Paris CDG airport, and only 5 minutes far from Station EUROSTAR-TGV-THALLYS, station MARNE LA VALLEE- CHESSY.

Overall great property. Has everything your home has. Well within walking distance from local train stn. To take you to disneyland or paris. The property is more than adequate for a party of 12 persons. Although only 9 in mine. Only drawback that i found was, the local or nearest shop which was well within 5 mins walk. Was not open (not sure if closed down). So take some 3 in 1 coffee sachets. Tea bags and milk at least. Having said that the shopping mall that also houses the sealife centre, is maybe a 20 min walk from the duplex. But be prepared massive centre. Everything you require is there. Easily get lost for hours at the mall. And very dificult for your legs or feet if unfit or slightly unfirm. Suggest local transport if you havent got your own car. Back to the duplex. Garden slightly overgrown but very private. And has a barbeque that you can use. Rooms and bedrooms reasonable size. Everything laid on towells tea towells bedding, wifi. If you miss tv suggest you use phones or tablets for netflix etc. Or watch a few dvds. Yes there is a dvd player and a collection of films to watch. Although personaly to crackered ater doing the parks, shopping, and sights of paris. So not much more i can say. Apart from you will be greeted on your day of arrival, by a very helpful lady. Who is more than happy to try and help. So do make use and ask away, especially if your french is not quite upto scratch. Not much more to add, apart from hoping you enjoy your privacy and stay, as much as we did.

Fantastic size property near to disneyland paris and few minutes drive from Val de Europe. Supermarket two minutes walk away. Very comfortable, fantastic central heating and well equipped.
