3BR/2BA: This is my Home in Macon, GA very nice Ingleside Woods area. It is a super nice neighborhood very close to I-75. This home has about 1,400 sqft and has hardwood floors throughout. Available month-to-month and as a long term rental, too.
I don't live at this property, but I have local managers who will be close if anything is needed and check you in and out :-) I am always available by phone and text :-)

Gemütliches, ruhiges und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Dieses Ferienhaus ist etwas für jeden der keine extravaganten Ansprüche hat. Wir haben uns gut in dem Haus zurecht gefunden. Es ist alle da, was man braucht, um mit einfachen Einkäufen drei Wochen gut zu leben. Es gab natürlich hier und da kleine Überraschungen, welche uns aber nicht gestört haben. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Wenn man, wie wir, einen Mietwagen hat, kann man von dort aus schnell und problemlos Tagesausflüge und auch Roadtrips starten. Der Ablauf von Anmieten über Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Rücküberweisung der Kaution waren tadellos. Die Vermieterin ist auch immer telefonisch erreichbar, wovon wir aber keinen Gebrauch gemacht haben. Wir würden, sofern es uns nochmal in die Gegend verschlägt, diese Haus ein weiteres Mal mieten.

Clean, quiet and comfortable this place is a bargain! Neighborhood very nice and quiet!

The three bed room two full bath house is comfortable. The master bath tube is large and it has a separate shower. Living area is comfortable and roomy. The kitchen very good with large refrigerator. It has stove and microwave with plenty of room. The back porch is screened and the back yard has a grill for cooking. If you want to just set you can watch the wild life squirrels, Chipmunks and brids. This place is clean, quiet and comfortable. This place is a bargain!

Dirty, old furniture and had to clean myself upon arrival

I arrived to no beds made, wet laundry and teh dirtiest fridge I've seen since college. The price is lower than most others in the Macon area (I have stayed in other area rentals and liked them), but this place is very dirty with lots of hairballs, roaches, & very old/cheap furniture & beds (I have pics of all but don't see any way to add them to this review). The owner threatened to just delete her profile and start a new one if I left a negative review. She even tried to slander my name with Home Away / VRBO just to get out of refunding my last day and cleaning fee as she already had already agreed. The whole thing was insane and a real nightmare to be honest.

We enjoyed your home very much. The location and the layout of the house was great. Thank you for having the mattress replaced and the AC repaired. The living room furniture though could be updated with firmmer support. The Gamino's

What makes this property unique

Very quiet suburban area but also within 1 hour drive to Atlanta and everything Atlanta offers. Also close to Warner Robins/ Robins AFB, a huge industrial complex and the largest Middle-Georgia employer.
