What was good just got better !!!! Apt newly renovated, kitchen with all cabinets, 2 double beds and 3 single, air conditioning revised and recently sanitized.
3 bedrooms and 1 suite, air conditioning in all environments, 2 parking spaces. LIVE WIFI. Building has swimming pool but PROHIBITED for rental. Family Environment, Family-Only Rental. Maximum accommodation of 8 people.
Fit with all kitchen utensils (glass, cutlery, plates, pans, dishes etc .... Blender, mixer, microwave, rice cooker, sandwich maker) mini fridge and also with all beach accessories, chairs, umbrella, transport cart and cooler boxes with drink wheels.

Ótimo apartamento praia e local

O apartamento é ótimo, confortável, limpo, organizado, bem localizado, tem tudo o que agente precisa. Na frente do condomínio está a praia, também tem um bom mercado lá perto. A dona do apartamento é super educada, atenciosa, nos disse várias dicas legais da região. Achei a praia ótima, bonita, limpa. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

O imóvel é no térreo, realmente pé na areia. Os cômodos são pequenos, porém confortáveis. O banheiro que é bem pequeno para quem precisa dar banho em criança. Mas do contrário atente as necessidades. Dispõe de utensílios para fazermos as refeições no próprio AP. Fica bem perto do supermercado Krill (uma grande rede que dispõe de tudo fresquinho e com preço muito bom) A comunicação com a proprietária é excelente. E a praia é muito apropriada para quem tem criança pequena. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.
