Charming modern 2 bedroom apartment located in a tranquil area of Mallorca next to a tree lined valley with views of the sea & pool. Only 5 minutes drive to the unspoilt Cala Pi beach with local restaurants & Cala Pi Hotel with nightly entertainment (in season). All rooms fully air conditioned with integral heating. Master bedroom:- double bed with ensuite bathroom (his & hers hand basin and walk-in shower) & large patio doors to terrace. Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom. Modern Kitchen/diner - Hob/oven, extractor, microwave, Bosch fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster. Lounge - double sized sofa bed, arm chair, large LCD TV, Sky, Internet TV, DVD (many films), large dining room table & 6 chairs, bar area, safe, patio doors to terrace. Terrace (south facing) - large double frontage terrace with outdoors dining table and 4 chairs, 2 additional cane low chairs. Utility room - washing machine, tumble dryer. Gated apartment with private garden & pool. 15 mins to 2 new golf courses, only 25 mins to Aquapark & 35mins to Palma

Sightseeing & Golf: Two new championship standard golf courses (Marriott & Maioris) can be reached in 15-20 minutes. The Marriott Golf resort in Llucmajor hosts 2 golf courses and a luxury spa. All sightseeing attractions (eg. Caves of Drac, Soller Mountain train, Palma Cathedral, Son Amar show, Pirates Show, Formentor, Marineland) can be readily reached in one day.

Added Touches: This is a gated property with parking and private gardens. Your bed linen, towels (not beach towels), crockery and cutlery are of a good quality like everything else in the apartment. Washing machine detergent, fabric conditioner, cleaning materials, iron and ironing board are all included for your convenience. A comprehensive information guide giving details of handover procedures, places of interest, shopping etc) will be sent following receipt of the final balance.

Great location, quiet and very comfortable

The apartment complex is spacious, built around the central swimming pool. The apartment comes with an allocated parking space within the compound behind locked gates, so great for security.

The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable with a lengthy balcony with plenty of dining area inside and out.

Located in the south of Mallorca down very quiet roads, great for visiting pretty much the whole of the south of the island, with nothing being more than an hour's drive away.

Lovely spacious apartment in gorgeous surroundings

We stayed in this apartment for a week - 2 adults and our 2 children who are 1 and 3. We were not expecting it to be as nice as it turned out to be. The photos just do not do it justice! It was far bigger than we had thought it would be and very clean. The balcony is really large with seating outside. The only small draw backs were that there was not much surface in the kitchen to work with when we were cooking, but that was only minor and i think that the aircon in the bedroom may not be working as efficiently as the living area.

Instructions on how to get to the apartment were easy to understand and Jim was very prompt with his replies to our emails. Our girls made use of the childrens toys, including buckets and spades and a floating ring for the pool.

The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool area gorgeous. We spent most afternoons by the pool and had it mostly to ourselves! The apartment is a little way out of Cala Pi (which is very quiet in itself) so you definitely need a car if you wish to explore like us. So many lovely beaches and coves to explore in Majorca.

All in all a fantastic holiday and we would highly recommend this apartment - maybe just review the photos to show it off in all its glory :-) Thank you Jim.

Lovely apartment situated in beautiful maintained gardens in the quiet area of Valgornerra

Lovely 2 bedroomed apartment situated in beautiful maintained gardens in the quiet area of Valgornerra near Cala Pi. Just a 30 minutes drive from Palma airport, please note that a car is required to get to Cala Pi which is no more than a 5 minutes drive away where you will find restaurants, basr, supermarket and a hotel. The owner Jim was really helpful explaining where all of the local amenities were and was available to talk to on the phone any time of the day. We will certainly book to stay at this apartment again.

Lovely stay

Booked last minute as a hotel in Palma let us down, found the property online and found Jim a delight to deal with, very honest person and easy to trust. The apartment is lovely and comes complete with everything you need to explore the island. A car is essential as the nearest busy resort is over 2 miles away. I would highly recommend staying at the apartment and found Jim to be a lovely person.

Secluded and Well Equippped

We stayed here with our two kids for one week this summer. The booking was a bit last minute but Jim was extremely easy to deal with and was very helpful in making sure we had all the information and keys we needed.

The apartment is located in a quiet block next to an abandoned hotel. Don't let that put you off though as it means it is lovely and quiet at night. You need to have a car but the lovely, small cove and beach of Cala Pi is a few minutes drive. You could walk it in about 30 minutes (without small kids). The white sand beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita are about 15 minutes drive away and are a great place to spend the day. However we spent a lot of time by the lovely pool in the well maintained gardens at the apartment.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Due to the location the three apartment blocks were not very busy but that suited us fine as the beaches in Mallorca can get very busy in August, so we could retreat back to the apartment and pool when we needed.

Quiet, Peaceful ,Lovely View!!!.

We stayed here the last week of May. The location was very quiet and a little isolated but we loved this as nothing was too far away. So it was nice to be able to get back to a serene apartment with a lovely view and very quiet pool, which most of the time we had to ourselves.

The neighbours are all see very nice and keep themselves to themselves.

The apartment is quite simplistic with everything you need. The terrace is absolutely lovely, you can sit out and enjoy the view.

The owner Jim is a really lovely man and we found him only a phone call away if we needed him.

The apartment is quite a nice size with an en-suite for one room and a shower room for the other (Jim could do with a shower shelf for shower products) The television had a good basic sky package which was really nice. The one niggle i had and it was the only one was i felt the seating for the apartment was limited, one double sofa and one arm chair did not seem enough so we ended up using the terrace furniture to watch television. But this was only a little thing and did not spoil our enjoyment of this lovely apartment . All in all we had a really lovely holiday and we would definitely go back again.

This is a quiet tranquil area on the south coast with the apartment set in a pinewood valley 300 metres from the sea and yet only 25 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from Arenal (large aquapark, many bars/restaurants) and 35 minutes from Palma (shopping and sightseeing). The unspoilt Cala Pi beach is 5 minutes drive away and the Cala Pi Hotel by the beach has nightly entertainment (not winter period). Bike hire and excursions can also be booked from the hotel and Cala Pi also boasts a number of good local restaurants. The famous Es Trenc natural beach is also only a 20 minute drive. 2 new championship standard golf courses (Marriott & Maioris) can be reached in 15-20 minutes with the Marriott Golf resort in Llucmajor hosting 2 golf courses and a luxury spa.
