About this property

With Approximately 3000 sq./ft. of living space, there is room for the whole family and more! Elevator access to the first floor of the unit leads to two bedrooms serviced with a hall bath. The Front of the property is an open living area with kitchen, Dining area and large living room. All with access to a front deck with Ocean Views. The Second Floor has three additional bedrooms and a den for a second living area. There are two additional baths. There is a large deck with access form both the master bedroom and Den.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like this location, building, and the size of the condo. Unimpressed with everything else. Property was visibly dirty upon arrival. Directions for entering the property were incorrect, resulting in a need to contact one of the rental staff (the staff was clearly busy, loud in the background, etc.) and had to walk us through getting into the home. Not sure we will stay again.

Vacation stay at Vista-Mar Unit 305

Always a good time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we did not have to bring linens which was a plus. However, the fitted sheets for the full beds did not fit. They were too small!Also, there was a lot of dust on the TVs and baseboards. Still a very good vacation week.

Wildwood vacation 2022

The only complaint this year is that the elevator shut down during check-in (probably caused by someone holding it too long).
