Prime location for business or holiday 100 metres from Croisette, beach & Palais

Situated in the heart of the Carre D’Or (“Golden Square”) of Cannes, this luxury 2 bedroom, second floor apartment with lift is ideally located. The apartment building lies between the Croisette and its beaches, and Rue d’Antibes, the main shopping street, on the other. With these two central points of Cannes on either side, the Palais des Festivals is also as close as five minutes by foot.

This 54sq m elegant apartment is fitted to a high standard, with fully fitted kitchen for self-catering including dishwasher. The apartment can sleep up to four people very comfortably, and is particularly quiet, located at the back of the building overlooking two courtyards. The apartment has air conditioning and central heating through out, with wall-mounted digital TV and broadband, washing machine and dryer. This lovely apartment (Residence Grosso 8, 9 Rue Mace, 06400 Cannes) is equally ideal for conferences and vacation.

Excellent Location in the Centre of Cannes

This is a very well located two bedroom on rue Mace, just off the famous shopping street rue d'Antibes and la Croisette. A perfect apartment for those who want to be in the centre of all the action. Stephen is very helpful and we look forward to renting this apartment again.

The perfect place to stay in Cannes!

It was a great family holiday in a wonderful apartment! It is ideally located and has absolutely everything you could need: very quiet, peaceful and comfortable! A really lovely place. Fantastic break in Cannes

Stephen, many thanks again for allowing us to stay at your beautiful apartment. No doubt you've heard it from other guests too but the quality of the accommodation is excellent, the location is superb and dealing with you was a pleasure. It was also very helpful to have been met at the airport and to have had Ann to greet us. Cannes is a fantastic city to experience and it has something for everyone. The proximity to the Croisette, the shps on Rue d'antibe, the festival hall, glorious beaches and Cannes train station means that every day is a new opportunity to explore this beautiful part of the world. Thanks again Stephen and we look forward to visting Cannes again and staying at your apartment in the future.
