I've lived in this neighborhood for twelve years and always had my eye on this property. I'm only the third owner since 1914. It's a historic craftsman house in front with two amazing units in the back that I rent out on VRBO. There is a giant orange tree, lemon trees, fig trees, peppers, pomegranates. If you stay while any of these are in season please try them!
This location is perfect. Walking distance to all the fun of Hollywood but far enough away from the excitement to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The outdoor patio is relaxing and fantastic to get some work done or just hang out. I try to keep the price LOW to make sure you are getting a great VALUE. My formula is just to provide a safe, clean, comfortable, fun apartment at an UNBEATABLE price. So far it's working out really well and people are really enjoying their stays here. Fantastic neighborhood, central location to visit LA, excellent value, walk to restaurants and all that Hollywood has to offer
The location is amazing - so close to so much that Hollywood has to offer. My brother and I built the redwood fence that encloses the garden patio area where guests can relax. Laundry room, free WIFI, parking spot, it's a great place at an unbeatable price.
Nice clean place makes you feel like you're at home and the outside area is fantastic!!! Hope to be back soon!
This was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. We had all the amenities needed and the location was perfect walking distance to everything we came to do. We would definitely come back and stay here. Thank you!

Plenty of drawer & closet space.
Perfect size kitchen for coffee in the mornings. Had everything you need to cook, we didn't but it was there.
Full size tub with a nice pressurized shower.
Had a nice little covered patio to sit on in the mornings.
A perfect yard for our two small dogs. Would have been nice to have grass but the sand worked as well.
We appreciated the ability to lock the gate. Helped us feel a little safer with all the folks walking by.
The dedicated parking spot saved us. There's no way we would have found parking for our rental car without it.
The location was perfect. Basically a 30 minute drive to everywhere (including the airport and beach)
This rental is a perfect spot for your stay.
The only suggestion we would have, is that if you are not used to noise (we hear cows and coyotes out our window) you might bring a fan or something to muffle the noise at night. It's a fairly busy street so you hear the noise most of the night. Not anything at all against the place or owner. Just a suggestion.
Again this was a perfect little place for our 5 day vacation.
This place is certainly the best accommodation in Los Angeles!! The owner Alex, is not only promp with answering all questions prior to your arrival, he is even more helpful when you have settled in. We stayed for 51 days during a Summer School my daughter attended in LA - this place truly met all our needs. Very comfortable bed, linen and towels. Kitchen with all you need. Washing machine and dryer in the outside garage works like magic. Outside area with table, chairs and umbrella a welcoming spot to have a beer or something cold to drink after a hot summer day or your moning coffee freshly brewed from the percolator. The garden takes hammering in the terrible Californian drought - but Alex do seem to find a way to keep the lush shrubs alive and even in blossom!! Apartment is spacious , plenty walk-in cupboard space and a lovely bathroom. We will be back in 2018 and we are definitely finished looking for accommodation in LA - WE WILL RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN!!
