This new condo is directly in front of the beach. It is on the quieter end of Hampton Beach with a short 5-10 minute walk to the arcades, band shell, restaurants and movies on the beach. There is also an ice cream shop, convenience store, yoga studio and pizza place located in the building on the 1st floor.
This is a second floor, corner unit. There are large windows on the front and side that give unparalleled views of the ocean and beach from 2 sides. This condo is located at 339 Ocean Blvd in Hampton Beach. The condo has a private balcony with beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean, Boar's Head, Hampton Harbor and Cape Ann. You can watch activities from the balcony happening on Ocean Blvd below or at the beach. The weekly fireworks displays can be seen from the balcony and living room.
This luxury condo has white porcelain wide wood look plank floors throughout with tile floors in the bathroom. The kitchen and living room are open concept, with beautiful granite counters and stainless appliances. The unit is very bright and sunny throughout. A storm door with retractable screen is at the entrance, allowing for beautiful ocean breezes to pass through the unit.
The unit can comfortably sleep 4-6 people. There are two bedrooms and 1 bath. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed, both with a lot of closet space available. The living room has a pull-out comfortable queen leather sleep sofa, which can accommodate 2 more people.
There are new furnishings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, pans glassware, silverware and coffee maker. Linens & bath towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer in unit. Central air conditioning system is present in all rooms. TVs with movie channels and on- demand movies are provided in every room as well as WiFi. There is also a DVD player and internet music available in the main living area if desired. The condo is very close to restaurants and all the beach and attractions!
The condo can be accessed by using the stairway or the elevator.
2 parking spots (#31 and #38) are provided for the guests. Please be sure to park in the appropriate locations! Parking passes will be provided for the 2 assigned spots.
This is a no-smoking allowed in the unit, on the balcony or in the building. Pets are not allowed. Trailers are not allowed in parking area. You will have to unload and store at another location if a trailer is needed.
The location of the condo is very close to Rt 101, which makes it easy to get in and out during summer peak traffic.
