Super clean & very well maintained villa in Rotonda with solar & electrical heated saltwater Pool & Jacuzzi in lanai (west facing, with canal view). Electrical Pool/Spa heat and taxes are included in the rental price. The house is 2630 sqft (245 m2) under AC, the lanai area is 750 sqfeet (105 m2).
The interior is professional designed with ceramic tile floors and laminated floors in bedrooms.
The air-conditioned villa has 3 bedrooms - 2 Kings and 1 double, beds - every bedrooms has its own private bathroom, one of the bathrooms also gives access to the pool area.

Definitely a 5 star Vacation Home Rental

This custom built home is stunning inside and out. Beautiful outside landscaping, and very nicely decorated inside. Comfortable, open and well supplied with everything you need. Salt water pool and hot tub was a huge plus. The owner, Margreth, was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Very friendly, accommodating, and always responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. We definitely hope to be back to this house in future.

Fifth home we've rented in Rotonda, Best One Yet!

We rented this home for the month of March 2017. It exceeded all of our expectations for a rental. Very clean, well maintained and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to others, except in March...we plan to come back!

Beautiful Home

We loved this property! This home is spacious, decorated nicely, with comfortable beds and furniture, and a well stocked kitchen. It seems like every need has been addressed. We had a couple issues during our 6 week stay, and they were addressed immediately by a super gentleman that lives close by. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and quiet. There is a great bike path that is close enough you can cycle to it. Several golf courses are located within the Rotonda community, with a lot of others close by. We were so happy, we have already booked for next year. I am confident that this home will not disappoint.

Beautiful Home

We truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful villa; it had absolutely everything we needed. The house was spacious, the beds had quality linen with extras in every room, the kitchen was fully supplied with plenty of dishes and small appliances, the furniture was comfortable, and everything was clean. We loved the pool and really enjoyed the fact that it had salt water! The lanai had plenty of seating space with comfortable lawn chairs to relax on. The beaches are close but with a pool like that, we didn't really feel like leaving the house much! Boca Grande is only 20 minutes away and since it is one of our favorite beaches in Florida, we made an exception and left the pool a couple of times. We hope to come back again. Thank you, Margaret!!!

A lovely place to stay

Stayed at this villa for 8 weeks and had a wonderfully relaxing and comfortable time here. The house is immaculately clean, well equipped and very well maintained - a well cared for home. The outside lanai area was large and provided a variety of places to relax and the heated pool and Jacuzzi were great. The owner was in contact when necessary and very easy to deal with but not intrusive in any way. Would I rebook the villa - yes definitely. Would I recommend it to others - absolutely.

Why they chose this property

We had the house custom built in 2008 on a 10.000 sqft lot. The interior and landscaping is designed professionally. Not particular as a standard holiday home but like a upgraded model you would like to move in right away! The house has a private setting. The property is situated on a canal. We have neighbors on one site and there is a fence to keep privacy.
