Situated in an upmarket residential area of Nerja, this luxury villa is just 12 minutes walk to the town centre and Burriana beach. The villa is furnished to an exacting specification with many pieces of original art. A wrap around terrace looks over a magnificent new ten metre pool and huge terrace with outdoor furniture. Inside, you will find Satellite TV, DVD and free wifi connection. The property is set in its own private walled garden, secured with electric gates. Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living/dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and 2 excellent bathrooms. Downstairs, a further 4 double bedrooms, bathroom and family room can be found with TV and DVD. A second new fully fitted kitchen completes the property, allowing more than one family to enjoy their stay. A private driveway, parking up to 8 cars, leads to a double garage containing a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

Notes:
There are two new modern kitchens with all appliances including dishwasher. More than one family can enjoy the property at the same time. The utility area is in the double garage and contains a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two, open plan, living/dining areas. Upstairs has air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, ipod docking station, broadband and leads through glass doors onto the magnificent terrace. Downstairs has TV/DVD and huge L-shaped sofas. It is cool and relaxing at the end of the day. Outside, the wrap around terrace has been furnished to allow all fourteen guests to relax and eat together. A magnificent 'new' pool and terraces have just been constructed. The villa is set in it's own grounds behind secure electric gates. The gardens contain many fruit trees and a magnificent palm.

Great pool and location!

We stayed as a party of 12 in this villa which is really spacious with a large swimming pool and immaculately kept garden. The pool is definitely one of the best we have seen in nerja! The location is perfect if you want easy access to Burriana beach and the shops and restaurants near the Balcon.

The inside of the property is in need of a bit of a facelift however. Bathrooms and kitchen looking tired. Second kitchen is not equipped enough to use properly - no kettle as one example. The mattresses and sofas were pretty uncomfortable - definitely in need of replacing. Leaving a few cleaning products in the property would also be handy - we had to buy everything upon arrival.

The BBQ is also very small for a villa of this size and was a little temperamental (it was also in need of a good clean when we arrived).

Overall however for location, terrace and pool this villa is fantastic!

Large house with high standard.

The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful part of Nerja about 1 km från the beach. Overall the standard is high, the kitchen could could use some improvements though. What really make the house great is the pool. It is large and one end is deep enough to dive. The water is fresh. The other thing that really makes me recommend the house is the veranda. We had most of our meals at the large table there, overlooking the garden and the pool and it even has an ocean view (not a very spectacular one, but it has one). Other things on the plus side are good working wifi, safe parking behind a locked gateway and comfortable beds.

Fantastic villa ideal for all the family

We stayed in Maeve and Eamonns villa from 1/8th July we had 13 adults and one 3year old

The villa could not have been more ideal, beautifully furnished and well equiped for us all

There is also a kitchen and another large lounge downstairs ideal for any teenagers you may have. Plenty of space so it certainly didnt feel like there were as many as lots of space to enjoy some downtime too

The pool s a fantastic size and the surrounding gardens perfect ,the wraparound balcony is great for chlling during the day out of the sun and table more that fits at least 14 people

There is lots of local shops for supplies although we did organise an order from Mercadona to be delivered on arrival but great bakers shop and butcher 5 minutes walk from the villa

Burinanna beach is a 15min walk and has all the amenities and water sports you would want and the beautiful old town again another 15 mins walk is stunning with lots of street entertainment on the balcon and an opportunity to sit and take in the atmosphere

Would also reccomend Friglianna a bus ride away for one euro small town and very beautiful with great views

Cant thank Maeve and Eamonn enough and also for both being very attentive and replying swiftly to any emails with any questions we may have had prior to our holiday no matter how small

Thanks once again and we will hope to be back soon

Great house

We had a lovely time. Big great house, we were 15 pax. Age 9 and up. Very good service and help. We would love to come back. Nerja is a really nice place. The pool was good size, the kids loved it or we all did. Thank you. // Nilsson Family Sweden

A wonderful week

Fantastic villa. Much bigger than we expected rooms all spacious and comfortable. Well maintained garden and pool and area. Great views of the mountains from the family dining table situated on the balcony. Our family will have treasured memories for years to come of the great week that we spent here.

Nerja is on the seashore, 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000.

Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing.

Flanked by the dramatic Sierra Almijara mountain range to the east, the town has fortunately managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums. However, the heart of Nerja is spectacular Balcón de Europa, the 'Balcony of Europe', a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle.

Golf: The nearest golf course is fifteen minutes away. Bavaria Golf has eighteen holes.

Ski: Skiing is available an hours drive away in the 'Sierra Nevada' ski resort near Granada.
