Situated in an upmarket residential area of Nerja, this luxury villa is just 12 minutes walk to the town centre and Burriana beach. The villa is furnished to an exacting specification with many pieces of original art. A wrap around terrace looks over a magnificent new ten metre pool and huge terrace with teak outdoor furniture. Inside, you will find Satellite TV, DVD and free broadband internet connection. The property is set in its own private walled garden, secured with electric gates. Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living/dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and 2 excellent bathrooms. Downstairs, a further 4 double bedrooms, bathroom and family room can be found with TV and DVD. A second new fully fitted kitchen completes the property, allowing more than one family to enjoy their stay. A private driveway, parking up to 8 cars, leads to a double garage containing a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are two new modern kitchens with all appliances including dishwasher. More than one family can enjoy the property at the same time. The utility area is in the double garage and contains a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two, open plan, living/dining areas. Upstairs has air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, ipod docking station, broadband and leads through glass doors onto the magnificent terrace. Downstairs has TV/DVD and huge L-shaped sofas. It is cool and relaxing at the end of the day. Outside, the wrap around terrace has been furnished to allow all fourteen guests to relax and eat together. A magnificent 'new' pool and terraces have just been constructed. The villa is set in it's own grounds behind secure electric gates. The gardens contain many fruit trees and a magnificent palm.

Fantastic villa. Much bigger than we expected rooms all spacious and comfortable. Well maintained garden and pool and area. Great views of the mountains from the family dining table situated on the balcony. Our family will have treasured memories for years to come of the great week that we spent here.

Fantastic villa

We loved our stay at this villa, there were 14 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. the villa has everything you need the pool and garden is lovely. Eamonn was just an email away always replied back promptly.

The villa is in a nice area just 10 minutes walk from Burrina beach just a a bit of hill walking back. It is a nice flat walk into the center about 15 to 20 minutes walk plenty of tapas bars on the way.

The beds were very comfortable and nice bed linen. There was plenty of crockery and utensils for everyone.

I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic large family holiday, private, secure.

6 Adults and 6 children stayed two weeks in July and had an amazing time. The villa was very clean and well kept both inside and out. Spent most days by the amazing pool, plenty of sun loungers and shade for those who wanted it. It was great to be able to sit on the veranda in the shade and still keep an eye on the kids at the pool. The villa is very spacious and well kitted out. I notice previous comments about the downstairs kitchen being empty but I image it's because all utensils have been brought upstairs, as that is were we spent most time. We really only used the downstairs fridge for drinks. BBQ's everyday, (local butchers was great value) and relaxing on the veranda at night. The villa is in a nice quiet residential street so no noisy bars. Restaurants and super markets 5 minute walk away and the town centre is just 5-10 min walk. The beach is close by but down a big hill and the water is very clean, but to be honest the pool was so big the kids wanted to spend most days there. Two large tv's with dvd players for those who just want to relax out of the sun. We had rented a couple of cars to get to the villa and found it no problem. Once there we really only used the car for a big shop as everything else is in walking distance. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely stay here again, can't recommend highly enough.

Just back from a terrific break in this Villa.

Had a fantastic time and the weather was warm for Mid October. The Pool was fantastic but "Refreshing" if not warm but again it was October. The bedrooms are large and well furnished and all had clean linen and towels. Overall the facilities are more than adequate for a large group and I was 1 of 10 who made full use of the large veranda and BBQ during our stay. The upper Kitchen is very well equipped with more than enough dishes, glasses and utensils as we breakfasted and lunched on the veranda most days. The dishwasher meant we had a ready supply of these items every day. The main Fridge/Freezer was fine and any overspill of essentials were accommodated by the Fridge in the downstairs kitchen. That was the only reason we used this kitchen. The upper and lower lounges are large and well furnished with TV and DVD Players which should please film buffs and children. The Internet was a bit slow but then we were on holiday and it was not an issue.The pool area was large and clean with Sun Loungers which we made good use of and the garden was well kept. The driveway could accommodate 4 cars and, while the electric gates were not operating, we didn't find it a problem. We understood they were being repaired a day or so after we left. Small shops/stores are a 2 minute walk for essentials and the Supermarket is 5 minutes away. The Town Centre, and The Balcon was a 15/20 minute walk and the Birriana Beach about 5/10 minutes but down a rather steep hill. Pinocchio's is recommended for evening dinner and La Pontilla for traditional Tapas. All in all a great break away from it all. Will be back.

I would thoroughly recommend this Villa to anyone especially large family groups

Nerja is on the seashore, 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000.

Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing.

Flanked by the dramatic Sierra Almijara mountain range to the east, the town has fortunately managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums. However, the heart of Nerja is spectacular Balcón de Europa, the 'Balcony of Europe', a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle.

Golf: The nearest golf course is fifteen minutes away. Bavaria Golf has eighteen holes.

Ski: Skiing is available an hours drive away in the 'Sierra Nevada' ski resort near Granada.
