This is one of our best holiday apartments, which are available for holiday rentals in Estepona. The property has 3 bedrooms (it can sleep 8) and is split over two levels. The upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and boasts a private terrace with extra seating and sea views. There is another bedroom on the same floor with 2 double beds (sleeps 4 max) and a seperate bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has an en-suite shower room. All rooms are extremely large compared with many other properties on the rental market. Downstairs is an additional guest toilet, the modern kitchen and the living room. The living room is very large and has terrace doors leading onto the spacious terrace. The terraces has a very generous size and provides plenty of outdoor space to relax with several sun loungers, a dining table and chairs and a quality barbeque. The apartment is presented throughout with top quality modern furniture. It is fully air conditioned and has English television. The port of Estepona is situated opposite the complex and supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. The apartment has pool and beach towels for your use during your stay. A cot and high chair is also available. Altogether if you are looking for high quality accommodation for your holiday in Estepona then this apartment is the perfect choice.

In addition to the living accommodation there are approximately 80m2 of terraces from which to enjoy the excellent views and sunshine making this holiday rental apartment ideal for families. Smoking is permitted only on the terraces and in the gardens. There is partial wheelchair accessibility but some walking would be essential. Cots and High chairs can be provided for an additional 50 euros for up to two weeks hire. ADSL can be provided for an additional 70 euros per week. Quoted prices are for normal occupancy of six people, however, an an additional fee of 100 Euros extra per person is charged for more than six people staying.

Enjoyable week

Spacious and clean we had a lovely week. The BBQ area is a nice touch. We went in April so the outdoor pool was too cold though a couple of our group braved it. With beach stuff and kids it took about 15 mins to walk to el christo beach, great for kids, and the walk into the old town 20 mins but kids enjoyed play areas en route. We visited the paleo museum and enjoyed a local flamenco evening but not very touristy all in all and it would be better to hire a car to visit sites further afield.

Unfortunately the property faults were the smell from drains and the unreliable wifi. Hopefully they will sort that.

Owner's Response: It is a pity that people want to tell the world about the bad things which can be sorted out by the owner and the managing agents if they talk directly while tey are here. We work very hard to give people an enjoyable holiday and we try to improve things all the time. Getting things like reliable internet in Spain is not like getting it in the UK - its all much harder here as they are not so advanced. Anybody reading this review , please think twice about all the hard work that goes into providing a property and all the cleaning staff that have a job etc. that you are affecting by writing a bad review. Tell the agent about the problems and not the world please as it is not a nice thing to do and problems can normally always be sorted out. Thank you for your understanding. Anyway, to let you know that we were waiting for Fibre optics to become available in this block and I am pleased to elt you know that it did become available last week finally and has been installed and is now working great. This was not our fault but we are at the mercy of the providers here and we cannot do anything about it. It does work really well now. The drains had a blockage in the main building which was caused by the huge rains that we had. This has now been cleared and it does not smell any more. This is one of our best most popular properties and please do not let these comments put you off. Please call us if you have any concerns and talk to us directly and we will be honest and help as much as we can. Thank you for your understanding and have a good day.

Amazing place!

The apartment was fab, everything you need is in there. Very clean and well presented and it's close to the port, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be going back there in the near future!!!

300m from Estepona port and 400m from the beach. The apartment is located just behind the Supersol supermarket on the opposite side of the road from the entrance to Estepona Port. The apartment is in the middle of the urbanisation making it one of the quietest properties available in the area. The urbanisation is gated and very secure and has communal parking in front of the complex. There is plenty of space around the gardens and two swimming pools for you to use. The apartment front door is located up a flight of stairs or there is a lift to all levels. The port of Estepona is about 300m away, the nearest supermarket is about 200m. The town centre can be reached within about a 20 minute walk along the beach promenade. All in all an ideal quality base for your holiday in Estepona.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
