Excellent place to stay. Communication with the owner was very good. The area is clean and all beddings we require including towels were available. The property is just few steps away from a local transport. Enough space to park your car for free.

Great Holiday Stay

It was a very confortable flat with plenty of room to accommodate all of us. Everything was very tidy. What I liked the most was how centric it was . The flat is located very close to all city central amenities and with easy access to busses and supermarkets. It was defenitely a great holiday.

Excellent location. Easy access to public transport. Very close to a wide variety of shops and supermarkets. Very spacious, clean and in excellent conditions. Would definitely recommend it.

Well looked after

Clean, well looked after property located within 20 minutes from the city center. Very nice flat, plenty space with modern decorations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay for 3 nights at this lovely apartment. Benedetto was very helpful and accommodating and was on hand by phone if there was any issues (which there wasn't). The apartment is located literally around the corner from bus stops , takeaways and a co-op to get some essentials , we also found if you walked halfway down ferry road that run down the back (going left) you could jump on to the majestic yellow open top bus which would take you all the way around on a circuit through Edinburgh. We was there with a group of 8 girls and the space was more than adequate to accommodate us all we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again.

Lovely place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here -- everything was completely lovely. Benedetto was a joy to deal with and the place has all the amenities you will need. As to location, it's about a two-mile walk to most of the main attractions, but the bus stop is just a block away. Perfect location if you don't want to be in the middle of the city (especially during the Fringe Festival).
