PRINCIPE & PRINCE SANTA ANA
- English, French, Spanish
Founded on a love for the Madrid lifestyle, I am the owner of some quality apartments in Madrid’s best neighbourhoods. My apartments are perfectly located, beautifully furnished and offer all the comforts of home. Most importantly, they are centrally located: walking distance to Madrid landmarks, museums, great restaurants and classic TAPAS bars, top shopping spots and Madrid transport. I live on Santa Ana square and I am there to offer a warm welcome when you arrive and help with any questions you may have.

What makes this Apartment unique
There are a huge number of things to do in Madrid, but it is often the famous Madrid shopping streets that lure people into renting Madrid accommodation. The fashion boutiques and local craft shops which adorn the central business district mean that shopping holidays in Madrid are never far from the top of the list for shopping destinations. The huge range of styles and cuisine of Madrid restaurants also helps to keep energy levels high, and fantastic cooking courses lasting between a single session and a whole week can easily be arranged. The medieval centre of Madrid hides many fantastic monuments. Those taking a Madrid weekend break are best staying in accommodation close to the historic centre, as there is so much here that you can fit a huge amount into just a short Madrid city break. The ‘big three’ museums in Madrid, the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia, hold famous collections of art, and tourism in Madrid is often centred around the Puerta del Sol right in the city centre.

Great attic studio
Exactly what we needed. We appreciated that Carmen worked with us for an early check-in.
Great location, and quiet
The perfectly located apartment for a weekend stay in Madrid. Carmen was very patient and accommodated with my late check-in time (which I appreciated). It was also much quieter than I expected for such a popular area and the apartment was very clean.
Centrally located, clean, great service; no elevator so prepare to climb stairs.
We had the most wonderful stay here!
Everything in the apartment was nice, very clean and perfectly located!
Sol, the manager, was extremely difficult to get a hold of & not very responsive. However, the owner Carmen is terrific and very responsive!
It was smaller than I was thinking but really perfect for the 2 of us. And they let us keep our bags there on the day we checked out since our train left later on in the afternoon! Very nice - thank you!
The attic apartment is very small and feels even smaller because of the angled ceiling. There is little fresh air and the air conditioner is a bit noisy. Those are some of the possible negatives. On the plus side, it is very conveniently located in central Madrid, near restaurants, coffee shops, plazas, theaters, and more. The clothes washer/drier was very convenient. When reviewing the listing, note that I'm reviewing the Prince Santa Ana Studio/Attic. There are many photos and they are a mix of several rentals. This can lead to some confusion on what amenities are for what apartment. Recommend reviewing carefully before booking.
SANTA ANA APARTMENT. Located on the well known Santa Ana Square, this is the perfect place for those who are willing to stay in the middle of Madrid´s historic and touristic centre. Although the apartment is surrounded by the most centric Metro stations, getting on the metro can be avoided. Within only a few minutes walk you can reach the main Museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the most visited and emblematic turistic sites such as the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real or the Gran Vía –something like Madrid´s Broadway where you can find lots of theatres and cinemas- and neighbourhoods such as La Latina, famous for their cultural and night life. Just cross the main door, walk any side down the street and Madrid is all there!
Other Activities: SHOPPING, TAPAS BAR, RESTAURANTS AND MUSEUMS
