Unique property on Kiawah Island – The house is actually 2 homes connected by a hallway. This home is clean and comfortable and perfect for multiple families, group events or family reunions. This home is 7300+ square feet with over 2000 sq feet of decking, balconies and porches. It is beautifully landscaped and located on 2 lots on Kiawah’s Osprey golf course. It features a private pool. The main house has 4 bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room, family room and office. The guest wing features 2 large bed rooms, kitchen, dining area and family room. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. Rooms are large and bright with vaulted ceilings.

Short 10 min walk to the beach. Bike path directly across the street.

Perfect place for big family vacation !!

We had an amazing, memorable family vacation at this property - hosting 15 - 20 guests - over a week. The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate everyone, from 8 years to 88 years. The few cosmetic problems are more than made up for by the generous space, wonderful pool, and great location. We rented bikes to make the 1/4 mile, easy trip to the beach, where we rented chairs/umbrellas; we spent a day in Charleston; and of course, we visited the Angel Oak. We love Kiawah and have vacationed on the island for almost 3 decades. Nothing else compares. Amazing. We'll be back and would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Annual Kiawah

This was an amazing home for a family vacation with folks traveling from the East and West coasts of the USA! We have been visiting Kiawah since 1982 but this home made it very unique this year. The home was exactly as described! The bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We never utilized the second kitchen as the main house kitchen was ample for our needs. Everything needed for every meal was found to make meal preparation choreless. The great room with the pool table was a favorite gathering place in the evening for everyone! We didn't discover the hidden closet of puzzles and games until after we had been there a few days. The pool was enjoyed during the day and evenings. It gave a warm glow at night with the lights on. We will definitely stay in this home again!

Great size and set up for a big crowd (we had 12) but property is dated. Could use a refresh!

Great size for large group. Lots of space to spread out. Nice pool. Lots of refrigerator space between 2 kitchens and pantry. Decor is tired. Bathrooms could use a serious updating. Need a new grill ( or clean it better!)

House was clean inside and everything functioned well. Outside deck and pool area was dirty. Kitchen and master suite had been updated. Most rooms needed some updating. Painting was amateur quality at best. Very spacious for our family of 12.

Property Needs some work but the house is huge and the pool was a great feature.

Pros: HUGE house.we had 3 families (17 total ppl) with more than enough room. Pool table was very fun. Kiawah island is a small paradise, beach is a very short distance with bikes. On golf course, very nice and safe neighborhood. This is a perfect house for large gatherings or family reunions. The kids and adults loved the pool in the daytime and at night (nicely lit for nighttime swimming)

Cons: upon arrival, the doors were unlocked no keypad. This was corrected quickly. Unfortunately the house was 80 degrees and smelled like cat urine. We quickly found the soiled rugs and took them outside. It took the house at least 24 hours to cool down. The floors were dirty with animal hair. One of the toilets flooded immediately after first use. The pool had not been cleaned, many deflated floats and trash around the pool area and in the garages. There was only one grill (not 2) and the propane tanks were empty. No replacements as stated in packet. The gutters were full of debris. We never found any kayaks but later found out they were in a boat house about 2miles away. We called immediately as instructed and received very poor customer service from someone named Martha. Apparently she owns the cleaning company that manages the home. However, our issues were handled literally within minutes of our call.

We also called Joe the ?owner or property manager?... he was very professional and refunded some of our money and took care of many of our problems quickly and efficiently.

Overall we had a fabulous vacation but for the price we expected a little better.

The vacation with family and friends was priceless.

Lots of room and convenient location

The house is located conveniently - not too far from shops and restaurants and has a beautiful view. The two separate garages were awesome for several vehicles to park with out being in each others' way. The air conditioning worked beautifully as it is a humid part of the country. The pool is beautiful, clean and inviting. The pool table was used very often.
