1st floor apartment with air-con, 2 pools & sea views, 5 minutes from the beach

Superb apartment situated directly overlooking the beautiful marina at Estepona, with the local tapas bars and restaurants within an easy 5 minute walk. The apartment complex has 2 swimming pools. Two E.C. Blue Flag beaches are just a 5 minute walk away and Estepona old town is also on the doorstep. The bedroom comprises of a large double bed with a double sofa-bed in the enclosed balcony area so families of 2 adults and 2 children can easily be accommodated. The apartment has an open balcony providing views of the marina and also North Africa (on a clear day). The apartment is comprehensively furnished including fully fitted kitchen with 4-ring cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc. Our goal has been to provide a home from home for our guests, within one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas on the Costa del Sol.

Gibraltar: Only 35 minutes drive from Estepona (and on the local bus route), Gibraltar is a sunny, VAT-free haven where you can find duty free bargains from electronic equipment & jewellery to leather & perfumes & haggling is encouraged! Make sure you don't miss the spectacular natural caverns of St. Michael's Caves or visit the Ape's Den, home to some of Gibraltar's famous Barbary Apes, the only free-to-roam primates in Europe. Watch out for monkey business as they can be mischievous and have been known to pick the occasional pocket looking for treats.

Puerto Banus & Laguna Village: Puerto Banus is about 25 minutes drive away. It has a large number of designer stores including Versace and Armani. Perfect for millionaire spotting and you may also see a famous face or two in the port as a number of Hollywood stars have summer homes there. Laguna Village is a stunning high class shopping experience just 10 minutes drive away. Whether spending an extravagant day at the beach club, shopping in the designer stores or spending time in the luxurious bars and restaurants then Laguna Village is the ideal place.

Selwo Safari Park: Only 20 minutes drive away and on the public transport route, Selwo is ideal for the perfect family day out. The park is based on an African safari park and houses 2000 animals from giraffes to panthers in semi-wild conditions. Like Jurassic Park, large open sided lorries drive you through the various animal enclosures and up into the hills above Estepona. There are elephants, bears, hippos and so much more to see. In the summer, cover up as it can get very hot and there is not much shelter.

The Puerto Paraiso complex is ideally situated in the heart of Estepona's thriving marina with a wide array of restaurants and tapas bars giving the area a truly Spanish feel whilst pleasantly avoiding the 'night club' culture. Within a few minutes walk you will find several supermarkets and two beautiful beaches with E.C. Blue Flag status. Our favourite, Cristo Beach, is a delightful oyster-shaped cove of sheltered, gently shelving sand, ideal for children and is only 5 minutes walk away. The beach has been awarded EC Blue Flag status for cleanliness and safety and in high season is manned by lifeguards. It also has well maintained toilet and shower facilities and a choice of 2 beach front, traditional, Spanish restaurants (chiringuitos) making it ideal for spending the full day on the beach. Estepona, due to its natural environment, surrounded by the sea and Sierra Bermeja mountains, enjoys its own micro climate providing over 325 days of sunshine per year and lovely mild winters.

To make the start of your holiday a little easier a complementary welcome pack including essential food items such as tea, coffee, bread, water, wine, etc. is included in the price Please ask if you have any additional requirements. There are no additional charges whatsoever, including cleaning, heating, electricity, etc. All linen, electricity and heating is included. The apartment also includes a hair dryer with diffuser, a household iron and ironing board. Access is also granted to two well maintained swimming pools and tennis courts which are exclusive to residents only. In the interests of all our guests smoking is not permitted within the apartment although you may smoke on the balcony if you wish to do so.

Fantastic apartment with amazing reviews.

So thrilled we found this lovely spacious apartment overlooking the marina. There was everything we needed and more to make our stay perfect.

The welcome package which included wine, beer, bread butter and jam was a great touch and much appreciated as we arrived quite late.

We were greeted by Andy's in laws Steve and Jadzia who were very welcoming and helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

The location was perfect with two well stocked supermarkets within a minutes or so walk. There were numerous restaurants and bars in the marina and we ventured to the old town on the bus or by taxi on many occasions (bus 1 euro 10 and taxi about 5 euros).

We also ventured to Marbella on the bus which was about 3.5 euros.

Andy sent a fantastic email recommending various bars and restaurants and we tried quite a few of them.

All in all a perfect holiday and we both fell in love with beautiful Estepona.

We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Estepona

Hi Andy,

We just want to say a big thank you for having us at your apartment in Aug. We had a wonderful time in beautiful Estepona and spent lots of time on the sunny balcony too, where we could enjoy the amazing view of the Marina. Stephen and his lovely wife were great and gave us fab advice on where to eat etc. We missed the wi fi in the apartment at first, but were delighted by the end of the holiday that we didn't have it! Who needs wi fi when you've such beautiful surroundings! Thanks again Andy, we may see you again next year!

Great location for couples

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely large, nice & clean apartment. With off road parking outside. Plenty of sheets & towels just bring your own beach towel & you want for nothing more. The added bonus of having Steve & Jadiz next door to show us how to work the washing machine & air con & for any other info we needed. The welcome pack was a good touch. It included wine,water, milk, butter, bread, jam & beer. The views from the balcony were amazing, shade in the morning & full sun from lunchtime through to evening; we loved watching the fishing boats returning with a mass of seagulls following them each morning. The is plenty of storGe & hanging space in the large double bedroom, the bed is very comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat in the Marina & Andy provided us with comprehensive notes about the surrounding area that proved useful to us. Try La petite Paris restaurant, just up the road 5 min walk from the apartment. Superb food & friendly staff. The apartment is within easy walking distance from two beaches & the very pretty old town of Estepona. If you prefer to take the bus into town it stops just behind the supermarket 2 mins away & costs €1.10 each way pp. We stayed for 9 days then went onto Marbella but Estepona is far nicer for a relaxing holiday. We woul love to return one day to this lively holiday home.

Home away from home

A well equipped, comfortable and cosy apartment in the heart of the Port. You have everything you need with the lovely Steve and Jadzia right next door helping you whenever you need it be it an item or just advice. The apartment was very clean with plenty of towels provided, blankets if you need them and the all important air conditioning which is a god send! We just go for rest and relaxation which is what Estepona is perfect for. A good 5 mile round trip into town and back via the beach front promenade with numerous restaurants and bars. We love De La Mar for good old home cooked food (generous portions) and Antonio's for the more Spanish feel. With an express supermarket just outside of the complex or the bigger supermarket only 5 minutes up the road, you are very well catered for. As there is a washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board in the apartment you can take less clothes if you prefer to save on baggage. Andy, the owner, always responded to my emails almost immediately and was very helpful indeed. Would I go back there? You bet I would and I recommend it to anyone who would like a hassle free holiday.

A very homely apartment with lovely veranda views

The property was immaculately clean and well looked after.The owner's relatives were always close at hand to offer advice and were very keen to please.Because of it's location I would recommend this apartment.Everything was convenient...the pool.and restaurants were within a two minute walk and offered a great variety of different cuisines.I prefer staying around the pool to the beach but the largest beach was very clean although the sand is very dark which may put off some people. A great place for a short break.

Refundable Damage Deposit £133.53

Where the number of guests is greater than 2 an additional €50 charge is required to cover the increased cleaning and laundry costs. This is per stay and not per week.

There are no additional charges made for Easter, Christmas or New Year and also no hidden charges for cleaning, heating, electricity, air-conditioning, etc.

In certain circumstances, booking of less that 7 nights may incur a full weeks charge - please enquire for details.

Payments can be made without charge by secure bank transfer to either a UK or Spanish bank.

To secure a booking a non returnable booking deposit of €150 (or £150) per full or part week is required. This reduces the balance detailed in the rates table by €150.

The booking deposit is in addition to the refundable damage deposit which is paid upon arrival and returned upon departure.
