Joanna`s Stone Villas is located at the beautiful and picturesque village of Vasilikos. It consists of self-catering apartments, maisonettes, and villas, overlooking the deep blue of the Ionian Sea.
Our Three-Bedroom Apartment has a size of 134 sqm and is a private split-level stone-built apartment in Zakynthian style architecture with beamed ceilings and a private entrance. This type of accommodation offers a living room area with a fireplace, and flat-screen TV, while its furnished balcony offers amazing views to the surroundings. On the same level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining table with 6 seats, a fully furnished balcony, and one of the apartment`s 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom, with 1 double bed, closet, air-conditioning, and a furnished balcony with pool views. A bathroom with a bathtub is also found on the same level, while through the inner staircase, you will be led to the 1st floor (attic), where 2 more bedrooms are situated, the first one with 1 double bed and the other one with 2 single beds. On the attic floor, there are, also, a second bathroom with a shower and an open-plan sitting area with a sofa bed (for 2 persons), along with a TV and a furnished balcony with breathtaking views of the sea.
The Three-Bedroom Apartment offers a private garden with shared stone-built BBQ facilities and a free parking space.
This type of accommodation can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. The capacity can be extended up to 10 persons as 2 extra beds can be fitted; any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and availability and needs to be confirmed by the property.

**Our property is nestled in a natural setting where summer temperatures can run high, making our pool a magnet for a variety of insects. Additionally, due to our location, you may encounter non-venomous insects and bugs as part of the local ecosystem.
