Situated in a peaceful location with Landscaped Gardens (sleeps 8)

Casa D'Aguia is a private modern 4 bedroom, 4 en-suite bathroom contemporary villa. Furnished to a very high standard with beautiful lawned gardens (1,600 m²) and a private heated swimming pool. Situated in a quiet residential area north of Alvor, the villa is within reach of beaches, golf courses, restaurants and other amenities. The ground floor includes a double, marble, staircase atrium, luxury fitted kitchen, utility room, spacious lounge with wide screen TV, with SKY TV channels package and DVD system. Separate dining area, family bathroom and two en-suite bedrooms. Two further luxury double en-suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor, each with a roof terrace overlooking the Monchique mountains. The pool is surrounded by a terraced area, which includes a BBQ and outside covered seating & dining area. The pool house has a separate shower and lavatory. Electric gates give you all the privacy and security you need and the property offers ample parking for 6 cars.

About Anton Jeffery

We are two families, with four teenagers, living in London who share the ownership of this fantastic property. We try and spend as much time as we can in the villa, and have enjoyed many wonderful holidays relaxing at the villa and getting to know the beautiful country.

Having spent many years renting villas, and with young families, we wanted to make an investment and have a fantastic place to use throughout the year.

What makes this villa unique

The villa has lots of space, enough room for two families and each room has its own bathroom, which is essential with teenagers! The Serra e Mar estate is far enough away to ensure peace and quiet, but in easy reach of shops and restaurants. The gardens have grown over the years and we now have well established flower beds and shady trees with lots of space to run around.

our group of 8 second visit,just as we remembered and 2012 already

planned.we all think we have found the ideal place for our annual "get together".little tip- if you don't mind driving try your

flights to lisbon and you will save pounds! thanks anton the villa

is still brilliant and my father in law appreciated spending his 80th

birthday there. (wheelie bins gone so "fonte de pedra" opposite

the new bin system) 6 stars again

casa D'aquia holiday

this villa is fantastic and well thought out, as a family group of 8 adults we have a weeks holiday together every year and finding a villa with

4 equal ensuite bedrooms is always difficult, look no futher this is the one! adults,large families, 2 families no problem the combinations all work (at the last minute our son joined us and Anton arranged a "put u up" bed for him) .There are some great resaurants nearby and we spent a lot of our time at the "fonte de pedra" .....turn left at the wheelie bins, victoria made us very welcome. Supermarkets are only a few minutes away and the coast not much more. Our holidays together are mainly for "recharging the batteries" and the villa is great for that too, fab pool bbq and tv.... i even watched coronation street one day? If 6 stars were possible i would give it and a better cedit to the villa still is that we are planning next years visit at our bbq next weekend. thankyou

The closest beaches are at Alvor, less than 8 km, Meia Praia 10km and Praia de Rocha 10km. Many others within 20 minutes drive and rugged West Coast beaches within 45 minutes drive. The 3 Penina golf courses and tennis courts are less than 5 minutes drive. Morgado, Palmares and Alto courses within 10 km. There are a good range of restaurants with 2 km to 4km. Aqua Portimao Shopping Centre (5 km), E Le Clerc (3 km), Algarve Shopping (Guia). Entertainment and nightlife, including casino, bars and restaurants can also be found at Praia de Rocha in Portimao.

Other attractions include Zoo Marine (Guia), Slide and Splash Water Park (Lagoa), Crazy World (Algoz) and Aqua World (Alcantarilla). Dolphin Safaris (Alvor Harbour), canoe trips (Alvor Estuary), downhill cycling trips and bicycle rental (Outdoor Tours), as well as fishing and horse riding are all available in and around Alvor.

A breakage deposit of £750 is required and must be paid with the balance (to be refunded as soon as possible after completion of the rental, less any damage, repair, or breakages)

The property has a twin marble staircase in the entrance atrium, which may not be suitable for younger children or the very elderly. A full sized table tennis table is available for guests to use. The pool (which can be heated) is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and ample other seating. A purpose built BBQ is located on the pool terrace alongside an outdoor dining table. A sofa and armchairs are also available. The property has lovely walled lawns, which provide ample space for children to play and a panelled electric gate at the entrance to the villa, facilitates a secure environment around the property.
