Situated in a prime position in the centre of Santa Eulalia and on the sea front, this beautifully decorated and airconditioned apartment has magnificent sea views and a huge balcony for sunbathing and al fresco dining for six people.

The balcony directly overlooks the beach and sea, then runs in a dogleg around the side of the apartment, so both bedrooms also have their own independent access via sliding doors.

The apartment is fully equipped with every convenience including luxury towels and linen.

There is a large LED TV with English, Spanish German and French channels and an upscaling DVD player, allowing you to watch the many available DVDs in HD.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. There is an LCD TV and DVD player.

The second bedroom has a double/single bunk bed and a sofa that can convert into a further double bed and use of the second bathroom. It has an LCD TV and DVD players and a games console.

Hello Nigel

Just to let you know that we are back home now. We left the apartment early this morning, and just caught Maria on our way out and left the keys with her.

The apartment was great - and we had a brilliant time. We worked through many of your DVD's too. It was a great location too so we had a wonderful holiday.

The people before us left a fridge of food - salads, cans of pop and beer etc. We had to throw the perishables out, but drank most of the other stuff - so I've replaced it for the next guests. We also left a few beach things - parasol, beach mats etc...seemed a shame to throw them out.

We were not disapointed

Cant fault Nigel's apartment. It was exactly as described. We knew the area so restaurants and bars etc were not a surprise, but if you've not been here you will have no problem finding what you like right on your door step.

A lovely gem on the island of Ibiza

We had a wonderful relaxing stay in this lovely apartment. The views from the balcony can't be beat and the place is just as pictured: spotlessly clean and decorated like a personal beach get-away. Everything you need is just outside the door, one of the best holidays we've had. Thank you Nigel & Mary, we can't wait to come back.

Lovely apartment in an excellent position

This was a lovely apartment, great music system and all mod cons, but its main attraction for us was the beautiful balcony with superb views over the sea and its proximity to everything Santa Eulalia has to offer.

Not only is the beach on your doorstep but there are plenty of good restaurants and bars within a few minutes of the apartment.

The owner, Nigel, was really helpful and we would happily stay here again.

Great apartment, perfect location

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday staying at this great apartment. Nigel, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment itself is a home from home, it has just about everything you could need whilst away (a previous reviewer had mentioned no washing machine, but there is one in the storage cupboard by the front door). It has an amazing wrap around balcony looking out to sea, that is a stone's throw away from the fabulous beach, and it is really close to numerous excellent restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Santa Eulalia.
