D305 is a heaven on earth vacation destiny. Full white water ocean, beach, jetty, pool and exquisite sun-dipping sunset views year-round. Awake to the glistening ocean and lull yourself to sleep by the ocean sounds. Your first step into D-305 will be the start of a relaxing and distinctly unique experience. D-305's furnishings are casual and elegant. Recent upgrades include new white shaker cabinets in kitchen and both BR's, the addition of a second sink in the upstairs BR, and a farmhouse sink and granite counter top of ocean colors in the kitchen. The back splash in the kitchen is a pretty color called driftwood. Modern touches include, flat screen TV's in living room and each bedroom & the unit is wifi enabled. The downstairs bedroom has a plush queen size and full size bed with a 40' wall-mounted flat screen TV & DVD player. Both BR's have a beautiful misty green quartz counter tops and new fixtures and sink. The back splashes are of glistening glass which capture the sparkles of the ocean. The second sink upstairs is a wonderful convenience. The family room is inviting with two sofas (one can be turned into a queen sized bed) , a comfortable recliner chair along with a 55"' wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV & DVD player. The kitchen is completely stocked with nautical themed dishes and glassware. There is a full array of pots and pans, ample paper goods, blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, etc. D305 has recently been freshly painted with the addition of new baseboards and new shower fixtures. Step onto the balcony and enjoy the breaking waves and view the surfers as they try to catch that perfect wave. The surrounding palm trees and lush landscape only enhance an already perfect view. You will fall in love with the upstairs bedroom. White Carolina-style furniture with soothing sea colors of blue and green adorn the loft bedroom. A large balcony off the bedroom makes you feel like you are on top of the world. A second sink was recently added to the upstairs bathroom. In this king size bed with luxurious sheets and bedding, you will sleep like a baby. Each morning you will awaken to the sounds of the ocean and to a day of unlimited possibilities. You may want to go for a long leisurely walk along the ocean, swim or just enjoy the sights from your beach chair. Perhaps, you just want to enjoy the huge heated pool and jacuzzi surrounded by landscape that is so beautiful you will think that you are in an exotic getaway. A little barbeque on the grill and the day will be perfect. In the evening, enjoy a drink or dinner on the balcony, recreational games, happy hour at a harbor restaurant overlooking the bay or an evening stroll.

About The Owner

We have owned a unit at North Coast Village for almost 25 years. We started with a one bedroom unit and expanded to a 2 BR unit. We recently purchased D305 to be a closer to the ocean. The views are spectacular. We spend much time decorating and upgrading this unit. This November (2016), we did a big remodel with the addition of new cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen counter top consists of a lovely granite with light and dark blues as well as sand and beige colors. The textured back splash of 12 by 4 inch tiles blend perfectly with the white cabinets and counter top. The bathrooms are exquisite with clean lines and beach colored quartz and back splash. Even the cabinet knobs are a light crystal green/blue in the bathrooms and a pretty ocean blue in the kitchen. Our personal favorite is the big, white farmhouse sink in the kitchen. The recently added a second sink in the upper bedroom is another plus. The unit was also freshly painted and new baseboards added. We take much pride in our repeat business and guests are always curious about what new and different amenities they will find on each return. There is a lot going on in D305. Come and see what the fuss is about!!! You will love it like we do.

It was love at first sight. The beach is gorgeous. The City of Oceanside keeps it clean and the families that frequent it are responsible and friendly. The condo itself is relaxing with a wonderful full ocean view from balconies and windows. Our favorite activity is to enjoy a drink or a meal on the balcony and view the waves, boats, surfers and people playing on the beach. It is wonderful! We feel blessed in being able to share this wonderful place with vacationing families from all over . There are always fun things to do here. It is the best!!

What makes this condo unique

One night in D305 is like being on a vacation for a week. The routine of staying on the beach and going into the ocean, followed by spending time at the pool and ending by going into the jacuzzi should be bottled and marketed. It is the most therapeutic feeling in the world.

We can not describe how wonderful you will feel at the end of the day.

Brenda, D305's friendly manager (who owns a unit in the complex) is available for D305 guests to answer questions and to offer assistance. There is a golf putting area; 2 pools and jacuzzis; 24 hour security, a recreation room with pool tables and a gym. D305 very nicely decorated in a beachy decor. Fully equipped kitchen, stocked with paper goods, linens, beach chairs, water equipment and other amenities you will or may need. Upstairs master suite has a very comfortable King bed, Carolina furnishings, walk-in closet and large patio. Downstairs bedroom has a queen and twin bed, sleeper sofa in living room and pak n' play. 3 TVs including 40" wall-mounted flat screens in living room (SmartTV) and downstairs. Let's not forget the oversized koi Pond that both children and adults take pleasure in viewing and feeding these colorful fish. Above all is the gorgeous landscaping. The brightly colored flowers, plants and trees will make you feel that you are vacationing in a luxurious paradise.

We just finished a weeks vacation at this absolutely beautiful condo. The location cannot be beat. Not only is the condo attractively decorated and adorable, but the grounds of the property are absolutely immaculate and beautiful. We walked to the beach every day and played in the ocean, we swam in the gorgeous pool, relaxed in the hot tub, and had the time of our lives. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals or grill by the pool.

We flew in, so the beach towels and beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards were greatly appreciated.

We will definitely be back. Brenda was wonderful to work with, and as far as we are concerned there is not a better beach to enjoy in all of the San Diego area. The entire experience was paradise!

Annual family vacation

We had so much fun last year, we came back! The condo is about a 3-4 min walk to the ocean, and the pool is an elevator ride away. We love NCV and we loved the spacious 2 bedroom unit. The master had a walk in closet that doubled as a bedroom for a 2 year old, though the actual 2nd bedroom was quite spacious with two beds and full bathroom.

We enjoyed the provided beach chairs, and large beach bags, as well as the provided cooler! Made it easy to enjoy blissful days by the ocean.

We walked to the pier and the harbor, and our kiddo loved feeding the fish daily (bring a handful of quarters for fish food)

The unit is pleasant, and while a few things are outdated, it's all cosmetic. The views more than make up for older countertops!! I would have enjoyed a washer/dryer in unit as things don't always dry overnight, but really, we just got our suits wet again as soon as breakfast was over anyway! Plus, the Keurig was handy for quick coffees on the way to the beach.

Love this complex and this unit was bright and comfy. The master bed was fantastic! Would certainly recommend both North Coast Village as well as this unit and its manager Brenda. Super helpful and quick to respond.

Super location

The condo is centrally located with a great view of the ocean from the upper balcony outside the master. We had coffee out there every morning. Being right above the beautiful pool was great as I could sit on the deck and watch my family swim. The grilling area is right below the condo which always provided nice smells that make you hungry! It was really quiet there. The grounds are decorated beautifully! The beach is very close and the pool toys, boards, buckets etc were a big hit with the kids. There is the harbor within walking distance which has really fun shops, great restaurants and you can rent boats there. We did the whale watching tour and it was AMAZING! The pier is also within walking distance and there is a restaurant out at the end of the pier that is fun. There are lots of surfers to watch. We saw dolphins each morning. It is 55 minutes from Disney with a pretty easy commute in the HOV lane. We drove to La Jolla Cove and the kids went snorkeling with all the sea lions. Pretty neat although the water was a little cold there. The condo is decorated really nice with a nautical theme. Cute! There are five of us and we fit comfortably. Love the upper master bed and bath. I didn't think I would but having coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening while the kids were sleeping was amazing. We were not aware that most of San Diego does not have AC in the condos. Being from Arizona, we would of loved to take the humidity out of the condo but it was not bad with fans and the windows open. The countertops in the kitchen could used to be updated, the sliding doors and blinds could use some work and there were some areas in need of paint but overall we enjoyed our trip and we will be back.

Awesome Place

This condo is beautiful and so close to the beach and pier! Our family had such a great time and the condo amenities were just as described!! The photos online were an exact representation of the condo. It is very clean and well maintained! We were just minutes from LEGOLAND and a short drive to Sea World! Although our family enjoyed spending most of our time on the beach and were so appreciative for the beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards available to use! Check out the Real Surf Shop just down the road to rent surf boards and wet suits to make your beach outing even more fun!! We look forward to returning to this condo on our next visit to CA!!!

D305 is centrally located between the picturesque Oceanside Harbor and Downtown San Diego. There are many moderately priced restaurants and cafes as well as shops at the Harbor. Boats, jet skis, bikes and kayaks may be rented there. Sport fishing trips may be booked there. Downtown Oceanside offers a wide variety of upscale and family types of restaurants. A movie theater is in the center of town. Both areas are minutes away and accessible along a casual beach walk. Within an hours drive, you can find yourself at Disneyland, Legoland, the City of San Diego with the famous San Diego Zoo and Sea World, as well as several casinos. The Wild Animal Park is located in a nearby area. Oceanside beach is clean and family friendly (smoking/alcohol-free) and a great place for a leisurely stroll in the surf and for enjoying the wonderful California coast, and best of all, the beach is literally steps away from your front door.
